I have been part of Springboard to Wealth since Oct 2022. Thach and Stephanie are on the coaching calls every single week. They do not miss a call. SBTW changed my life and even though it is difficult at times to invest and change your mindet, they are always there for you. The community too. When you join SBTW you are becoming a different person that requires growth, push and blind faith.

The cost of the training is high for me, but it is very valuable the knowledge of information and wisdom from the instructors as well as the other students. You also get advice from instructors as very experienced agents. I also like very much that both my wife and I can attend the trainings and classes and go through this journey together for the same course fee.

My experience since I joined springboard has been great Thach, Stephany and the whole springboard team are very knowledgeable and always make you feel welcome and part of the springboard family. They are inspiring and motivating and support you on every step of your journey to become a successful real state investor.

I’ve joined several other real estate schools and have not had anything close to the experience I’ve had at Spring Board to Wealth. Thach has taken my questions and offered several other experts who have specialized skills during their weekly calls. I love that there are 2 weekly calls at different times, one in the morning and one in the evening. I truly feel like Thach and Stephanie each have an amazing amount of knowledge and truly care about their community. Spring Board has been a life changing asset to me. I was a professional Jockey that rode on the toughest horse racing circuit in the country for 4 years and had an overall 12 year career. In 2021 I faced a bad injury in a spill at Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens,NY. My life was flipped upside down. The thoughts going through my head of "I have a wife and baby how am I going to be able to support them while I'm not able to work?" "should I keep continuing to ride? What if I seriously get hurt or worse killed?" really changed my mindset. I read rich dad poor dad, started researching real estate investing, and Thach Nguyen kept popping up on my IG screen. I read about his course and signed up. It was THE BEST investment I have made in my life. I was able to reinvent myself and start transitioning in a new career while going back to being a jockey for 2 more years unfortunately. I retired from riding in August 15 2024. Retiring from being a jockey was difficult. It was all I knew from being raised in the horse racing industry and having both sides of my family all in the industry and my wife. Springboard was able to help me learn a new career by there program but the things you won't find other places is the support system and positivity this program brings. I was finally in a positive environment that I needed to be in during the scary time of transition from a successful jockey into a full time real estate investor. The motivation, encouragement, connections, and support I got was what I was looking for from family members but realized this was a new family that was doing that for me. Spring board educated me on how to be a successful real estate investor, help me fine deals, analyze deals, walk me through those deals so I came out with a successful deal. Its been an unbelievable 2 years for me. Buying my first BRRRR and now closing tomorrow on my second investment property and closing on my first wholesale deal on Friday. This program hasn't just made me money and successful its helped me through the toughest part of my life, my depression, anxiety, building working relationships, and friendships with my fellow students. I joined Springboard a little over a month ago. I am so impressed by their organization and resource breadth for real estate. Also, the leadership is so invested in my success. Whether it’s a BRRRR deal, an off market opportunity, an on-market listing, or a wholesale deal Thach and Stephanie makes sure the students understand exactly what they’re looking at. That kind of guidance is priceless and has given me confidence in reviewing deals and knowing if it’s a good deal or bad deal.

I don’t usually leave long reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because Springboard to Wealth has had a real impact on how I think, invest, and take action.

I’m a veteran, a father, and someone who spent years trying to figure out how to create more freedom for my family after transitioning out of the military. Like a lot of people, I had consumed endless podcasts, YouTube videos, books, and free content about real estate investing. There is definitely a lot of information out there. But information was never my problem.

My problem was clarity, confidence, structure, mindset, and knowing how to actually apply the information in the real world.

That is where Springboard to Wealth was different.

The value of the program was not just “learning real estate.” It was learning how to think like an investor and business owner. It helped me evaluate opportunities, avoid bad decisions, understand the numbers, and surround myself with people who were actually taking action instead of just talking about it.

For me personally, that mattered. I have been working to build long-term wealth through real estate, including ADU opportunities and value-add deals. On my latest ADU deal, I made roughly $500,000. Could someone find pieces of this information online for free? Sure. You can find information on almost anything online. Springboard is not a magic button. It will not do the work for you. You still have to study, ask questions, run the numbers, build relationships, and take action. But if you are serious about changing your financial future and you are willing to put in the effort, the program gives you a real path to follow.

I can confidently say this was not a waste of money for me. It helped me move from consuming information to actually thinking and operating like an investor and business owner.

Great place to learn the ins and outs of real estate. Spring Board to Wealth will give you feedback, instructions, and guidance on any real estate transactions you are working on. Also they have many avenues were you can learn and gain knowledge regarding your real estate process. I have been with SBTW for over two years and I have gained insurmountable knowledge that I would not have gained anywhere else. The staff takes the time to speak with you and guide you during your path including any mental struggles you may be going through. Amazing place! High ethics are place on honesty and being a good person in real estate. You have to put in the work and change your mindset to achieve success, and they will guide you here.

Just like with anything else in life, you get what you deserve. When people don't put in the work but expect what they want, they get disappointed. If you SHOW UP and ask questions, Thach will answer you personally. No one else at Thach's level and experience shows up in-person and engages with their students. I can always count on Thach and his team to help me with all the situational questions from each deal that can't be found elsewhere, especially when time is a factor.
