I have been with Spring Board to Wealth for over a year now. When I joined the program, I had other business that I was running so I was not as active. Nonetheless, the program is fantastic. It will work if you work. It is not a miracle course. I had joined other program before such as Rich Dad Poor Dad's advanced training and I can say that nothing come close to the level of attention you will get with Thach and Stephanie. Most RE training program out there using someone famous name to sell the program but you never going to meet that individual. With Spring Board, you pay fraction of that cost but you get direct access weekly and life time access to the best mentors, Thach and Stephanie. I just wish that I join Spring Board 14 years ago before I paid for Rich Dad training. I would have been farther off. Spring Board is more than just a training program. You have an on going support from both of your mentors and other that came before you. You are not only learn from other mistakes which is good but even better you have a success road map hand it down to you. You have Thach with decades of experience in the industry to help you analyze your deal. That is worth the price of admission alone. If you are debating whether or not to join Spring Board today then you will definitely regret 1 year from now why didn't you join sooner.

I joined knowing very little about real estate. So far, this group has been a great experience. I have learned more in this group about my local market then I could elsewhere. The culture and sense of community is amazing and continually inspiring me to do better on my real estate journey.

Joining Springboard was The Best Decision I ever made. This community feels like a family and they are going to help me succeed. These are just a few reasons.

Halting setbacks and feeling in a rut. I like to think that I know about these subjects being in a situation where everything stopped and we had to deal with the obstacle and there’s no one around that you can trust
Pertaining to the Real Estate, I can give a good example. I have a close friend whose family bought a big lot the size of a city block. They were gonna build an apartment. His uncle got a permit from the city to cut down a tree. A special tree. Apparently he cut down two. The city caught word of it and stop all operations on that lot/land. Now it’s just a block filled with growing vegetation and it’s been like that for a few years now. They can’t build anything on it and it’s just sitting there unusable potential.

Myself just starting out in Real Estate. I cannot afford any setback that will stop all production where my money is stuck, and I can’t do anything about it. I cannot afford a mistake like that.

Thach Nguyen has been doing real estate for over 30 years and has experience all types of setbacks imaginable. With him on my side he’s not gonna allow me to be set back like that.

I always imagine about owning a lot of property later on in life and that’s how I’m gonna get rich. But now with this ADU play, I can see that being obtainable more quicker than ever. Especially now that the bank knows that I have Springboard backing me then the financing to do all this would be a cakewalk. Cause without Thach Nguyen and Springboard that dream might not ever happen.

Less than two years ago, my girlfriend whom I was living with, had a stroke at midnight on Halloween. After that she was stuck in bed, not being able to move or talk for eight months until she passed June of last year. So I know how it feels to be in a rut.

Yesterday I sat through one of our twice weekly level up calls with Thach Nguyen and Stephanie Owens. Listening to these two talk I really felt the Energy and genuineness that they do want us (students at Springboard) to succeed. I felt that these two being at their level of success in Real Estate, that they didn’t need the money .. They felt joy and were proud that we are doing good . Like it’s a family and they are our parents in a way. It felt really special on me. It felt like a family to me. They were trying to get us out of a rut, getting us energize and not being stuck in the head like we all get it sometimes, but they took the time wanting to get our mindset right. That was cool.

Some people might say the fee which isn’t much is not worth it to be with this Springboard group. Those people saying that cannot imagine the level that Springboard can bring to them because they’re not at that level . They’re thinking isn’t.

I recall Big Brother Thach saying that this membership is worth $100,000. To me this is worth several million bucks cause I know where I can take this with Springboard backing me. Cause honestly without them there will be setbacks and I will feel depressed. But now I have Springboard and I’m not doing it alone. I will be able to take care of my family even after I’m gone and that means the world to me.

So anybody that thinks that they can find this for free on YouTube they just BS and they’re not at that level. They’re thinking isn’t.

Thach, Stephanie, and all of the team leaders genuinely care about our success. They don't just teach—they guide, encourage, and share their real-life experiences. You can truly feel that they want every member to succeed.

I’ve been a member of Spring Board To Wealth since April of this year. I found Thach through social media and followed him (and many others!) for over a year before I joined. I started unfollowing others because they only talked about the technical aspects of real estate. I kept coming back to Thach because he not only knows everything you want to know about real estate investing, but he also spends lots of time on your motivation, getting you very clear about WHY you want to do real estate investing. What are YOUR goals? There are many strategies you can follow in real estate but you need to know your why and your goals first. The other amazing thing Thach and Stephanie and the whole SBTW team and community does is they keep you moving forward. If you’re stuck, there’s only a couple of days until the next coaching call and you can ask your questions to get unstuck. Don’t know what question to ask, just express your frustration and there will be support and perhaps some ideas for how to get moving forward again. I’ve learned a lot from the many online modules for education on so many different topics, but the coaching calls, the local meetups and the amazing supportive community made this one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. 10 out of 10 – can’t recommend enough!!!

I don't know how to explain how much Spring Board has changed my life. They have given me the education and confidence to begin my real estate investment adventure. Five months ago, I knew I wanted to invest in real estate, but I also knew enough to realize how much I didn't know. Looking back, that gap between ambition and actual knowledge is probably the most dangerous place to invest from—and closing it has been the greatest value of Springboard to Wealth.

The education has given me a much stronger foundation for evaluating deals, understanding financing, analyzing risk, and thinking like an investor instead of simply reacting to opportunities. I've learned how to build a solid buy box, analyze properties using real numbers instead of gut instinct, and recognize red flags before they become expensive mistakes. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks now, but life gets busy with small children and a family—which is actually one of the biggest reasons I wanted to invest in rental real estate in the first place.

My wife and I reached what many would consider an above-average income, yet we found ourselves paying other people to do so many of the things we no longer had time to do ourselves. At the same time, our tax liability kept growing. It was discouraging to work so hard only to feel like we weren’t getting ahead.
