Hey all! I wanted to share my real feedback and what the mentorship gave me. I joined Springboard end of 2022 and was very proactive to achieve my intentions. At the end of the day - our goal is to get our time back through investing in real estate. So I took every actionable step I could from the program (because its a investment of my money and time). I want to get the results; I came for. And I did.
I own 8 rentals now and building more through the strategizes that Thach and Springboard teaches. The knowledge is extremely helpful, but I think what makes the mentorship different is the people and community in it. They are extremely helpful and always trying to uplift everyone who is making the effort. I recommend the mentorship, only if you are super serious about being financially free and willing to be committed and consistent.

4 Years with Thach
I joined Thach’s Springboard to Wealth program in 2021, and it’s been one of the most impactful investments I’ve made in my real estate journey. By applying what I learned, I’ve built a portfolio of 3 properties in Seattle, generated over $1M a year in wholesaling income, and created hundreds of thousands of dollars in equity through BRRRR deals. More importantly, the program helped me avoid costly mistakes that would’ve easily set me back six figures.
What I love about Springboard is that it’s not just theory—it’s actionable strategies from someone who’s walked the walk. Like anything worthwhile, it requires commitment and focus. But if you're serious about building wealth through real estate and ready to put in the work, it’s 100% worth it. The tuition is a small price compared to what you'll gain (and what you'll save by not learning lessons the hard way).
I’m now preparing to semi-retire at 24, and I credit this program for laying the foundation that made that possible.

A complete waste of time
A complete waste of time. They tried to sell me a course for 36k! None of my follow up questions were answered and I'm just receiving spam messages since then. Do yourself a favor and avoid this "course". I'm pretty sure most of the 5* comments here are bought.

Horrible experience.
I had a representative called Anna which is the person I had for getting into the program.. Unfortunately I couldn’t take her call because I had some work homework to do with my boss and she basically I wasn’t qualified to enter the program and they locked me out hahahah… that is very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this at all because if they treat you like this, imagine if you enter this program. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!

If you DON'T show up for weekly calls, ask questions, watch the modules, or put time into strengthening your weaknesses or letting go of fear, you will not benefit from this course. You get what you put into it. My experience has been 10/10. I've had the privilege of meeting people from different states, created relationships with like-minded individuals who want to see you succeed like you want to see them succeed, and this journey with Springboard has taught me to change my mindset. It has been a blessing in my life. Stephanie and Thach are a blessing to everyone they meet.

"I expected a more personalized experience, but this program offers mostly basic information that you can easily find through a quick Google search. For $7,000, I anticipated more one-on-one coaching sessions. Instead, there were just a few private calls mixed with a lot of group calls. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t feel worth the investment."

4/10 if you have some cash to throw it might help you out but if not don't even bother.
Honest review, the models are okay, nothing great. Sure you learn a thing or to but it's not even close to what the price tag reflects. The explanations in the modules are also decent the only thing i would say is even somewhere close in worth to what you pay for is the weekly live calls. Its a good but of info that's said in there. Other then that I'm pretty disappointed in paying as much as i did. You cab find most of the info by simply reading and studying

I was skeptical at first
I was skeptical at first, but joining spring board to wealth has given me amazing clarity on my real estate journey and strategy as an investor. The coaching calls are incredibly helpful if you are willing to ask questions and learn. What I paid for: An in depth Real Estate Course to go over how to find off market deals.
What I got: Basic overview of kindergarten Real estate concepts, motivational videos, and old unedited lengthy zoom meetings.
