Spoke and Solace

I have just bought 2 t-shirts and am very happy with the purchase. They fit well, are an excellent quality and great value.

The quality of the t-shirts are superb and I love it that they’re printed to order.
I never followed the sizing guidelines but the exchange/return was hassle free.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Spoke and Solace

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Spoke and Solace has been nothing short of frustrating. I ordered two shirts and one sweater, but from the start, everything went wrong. The shirts I received were completely off the size chart, which meant I had to return them. This was a hassle, but not my fault.

The replacement shirts I received had a badly printed design, which the company later admitted should never have passed their quality check. Again, not my fault, and yet I had to deal with the fallout. To make matters worse, their courier company messed up not once, but twice, causing delays. I had to go out of my way to pick up my package as it didn’t make it through customs properly. I even provided the company with proof from customs showing the courier's mistake, so that they could claim their loss from the courier company - still, no compensation for all my trouble.

In total, I had to send 16 emails and make 3 trips to the post office just to get my order of 3 items. This was easily the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, and I have received zero compensation for all my efforts. From my point of view, I cannot recommend Spoke and Solace at all.

This was my second order from Spoke and Solace, and it won't be my last. The T-shirts are great value, and fast service. Thanks 😊

Original designs on a quality cotton base. Great t-shirt and fast delivery from an independent small business. What’s not to love ❤️

Nice range of clothing. Quick efficient service. Thank you.

Good quality and well designed T-shirts at a reasonable price

Very nice t-shirt and great return service

Great looks, colours and quality of garment

I thoroughly recommend this company. The tee shirts are of excellent quality and the service is great. Despite the fact that I ordered the wrong size tee shirt for my husband’s birthday Spoke and Solace went out of their way to make sure I had the replacement in good time.

Good quality cloths arrived on time good price would recommend

High quality T-shirts with a great range of designs - making it difficult to narrow down a choice!. Helpful information on sizing on the pages supported by photos/ descriptions on fit which gave confidence for buying online. Despatched promptly and arrived within the stated delivery window.

Lovely stuff, and very responsive if you have a query.

Really good quality products which wash well and keep their shape . Love the slightly different motifs compared to the normal run of the mill stuff around.
Would definitely recommend
