Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with your experience. As the boots have been worn, we have requested some further information and photographs to help us establish the cause of the rubbing and determine whether there may be a manufacturing fault. This will allow us to submit a warranty claim for assessment if appropriate. We remain keen to investigate and resolve your concerns and would welcome the opportunity to assist further.

Bargain wellies for me
I have ordered from here before, so I knew there would be no issues. I ordered 3 pairs of wellies, as they were on offer at a price that I could not resist, so I bought 3 pairs the same. All delivered quickly, and in perfect condition. I might even order more, while they are still a bargain 🙈
