The only problem I had with the return was that I had to pay $16 to send it back.

Very fast response. Explained shipping process well.

I expressed my concern about an allergy to the raspberry flavor and received a thoughtful and helpful response.
I hope the company decides to incorporate another flavor so I can take advantage of this product.

When you purchase a bag of gummies you are signed up for a subscription without authorisation. The first you know of it is when your next charge goes on your card. I emailed the contact email address 3 times to cancel my subscription. Never heard back from them. I had to spend an hour or two trying to work out how to cancel my subscription. It was not easy. I’m still not convinced that they won’t charge me again! A very dodgy company. Beware!!

I really like the magnesium gummies that I have bought from SPNutrition. I never sign up for automatic deliveries for anything. There was a glitch and I got signed up . I sent an email to them and not only did they make it right, they told me to keep the gummies and free to me. I have never, ever been treated by any customer service as nicely as I was here at SPNutrition. This is how every company should be. Listen to your customers and take care of them. Thank you again SPNutrition

I made a order at early hours 3.04 sunday then 3.06 realised i was allergic ti one of i gredients no cancell button just email SO at this poibt 3.06 uk time it had not been packed 15 emails no reaponse someone rang me and acknowledged my cancellation but still showing it will be delivered and still no refund AWFUL company
No respect for customers with allergies so desperate to your money and choose to ignore what does that say about this company that is in usa

Whenever I email them, they respond back. I can tell ny the response that someone actually read my email and replied. It's not an auto response.

I bought two bags of the magnesium gummies, unfortunately they didn’t suit me but the team at SPNutrition were great when I explained my circumstances and they immediately refunded both bags, minus the postage charge, without having to return the product. Above and beyond my expectations, thank you.

Oh my goodness I’ve only taken this one night the first night I had them. I woke up in my chair at 6:30 in the morning instead of 2 o’clock in the morning. I woke up to spend the rest of the day up. Feeling very refreshed and clear minded bright eyes my husband said to me. I felt so good and so fresh in the morning it was just unbelievable and I couldn’t believe that I was sleeping in my chair.!!
So I would say I only took it once if it happens again tonight, we have a big success story happening!!!
