The product came straight away and they were gracious enough to not only swap the size, cos I ordered the size too big for me, they said I can keep the original one I ordered and once I fill out this review and tell
them which size I need, they will send that to me for free.

Product is okay looking, seems to be made from China. Not as premium as I thought it would be from the videos on "Social Media". However, my biggest issue is that I wanted to return, but there is a fee (i get it, it ships overseas, i think, as I'm a US Customer) but if i "exchange" it would be free. However, it seemed like they wanted me to leave a review first before we can start the exchange. Which doesn't make sense to me because my "experience" with customer service and the company isn't a completed transaction. However, this may work for you, but I was deterred by the customer service interaction. I kept the product, but it doesn't fit. Most likely will dispose of it and gave a "company" some money.

Place an order early December 2025.... never received products as I ordered more than one. Requested refund early January 2026.... disregarded my request and told to wait longer.... made multiple requests for refund now in February 2026... refund request disregarded still... they are thieves and will take your money and never deliver on sale nor refund your money.

Their customer service is top tier and they’re very helpful when I reached out to receive help about a return for a different size. Their website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The product is very well made, simple yet sturdy and provides the support for your back.

Very responsive to exchange request.

I couldn’t decide if I needed a medium or a large because I’m in between sizes. I ordered a medium and it’s just too small to comfortable Velcro around my waist. I reached out to exchange my spine fit for a large and they sent it to me no questions asked. Very solid product and company

Customer support was very responsive and helpful. They guide me through the steps to change the size of a belt which I had mistakenly order in a wrong size! Very polite and efficient service.

Communications which is very important was quite efficient, quality of the product (lumber support belt)looks very good did not have chance to test it because it was bit too small,so I contacted the company via email and they promptly responded to me and resolved the problem by sending me (in the mail)corrected size.Once I received the product I will gladly share my opinion, but for now customer service been outstanding

I had a great experience with this company’s customer support team. I originally ordered a back brace that ended up being too small, and after confirming my measurements, they immediately stepped in to help. Instead of making me go through the hassle of returning the original item, they made a one-time exception and sent me a free replacement — no return required.

It’s rare to see this level of care and flexibility, and it definitely gave me confidence in ordering from them. The brace itself feels well-made and supportive, and I appreciate a company that stands behind both their product and their customers.

The reason why I’m giving this a 5 star is because of their customer service. They were able to get back to me as soon as possible. I needed another size because the one that I bought was a little too tight for me even though I know it’s supposed to be a tight fit, it was too uncomfortable and the company told me they're able to just give me another one in a bigger size without charge!
