So far, my experience with Spinefit’s customer support has been positive. The team was polite and responsive when I reached out about the issue, and they explained the replacement process clearly.

The replacement has already been arranged, and I appreciate that the process was initiated without much difficulty. However, I am still currently waiting to receive the replacement item. I’m hoping it will arrive soon, and I would appreciate any updates regarding the shipping

I liked the product concept and design, and it seemed supportive and well-made. I’m looking forward to receiving the replacement so I can fully evaluate its performance. I’m hopeful that the new item will meet my expectations.

The item was received quickly and well packaged. Unfirtunately, I ordered the wrong size but when I reached out to the company forcassistance they were willing and able. The company was great, they offered me a replacement with no hassles or hoops to jump through. I would definitely recommend this company to all of mt friends and family.

I ordered my spinefit product because I seen the ads on Facebook. I was curious to ordered 1 for myself because my lower back hurts and need it for work. Once I received my spinefit product, I noticed i ordered the wrong size. I also noticed how well the material is made, its built to last a long time. Even though I was not able to wear it yet, customer service was able to help me right away 100% with my replacement. I cant wait till I start wearing my spinefit to work. Im already happy with the alchem.

I recently ordered a SpineFit brace but realised after it arrived that I'd picked the wrong (smaller) size. I reached out to their support team, and they were incredibly responsive and understanding. Without any hassle or extra cost, they sent me a replacement in the correct size completely free of charge!

The brace itself feels well-made and provides solid support for my back/posture. But honestly, it's the excellent customer support that really stands out – quick replies, genuine help, and a no-questions-asked approach to making things right.

I had a great experience with SpineFit customer service! I ordered the wrong size and how they handled the exchange was spot on. They were quick to respond with a solution, told me to keep or gift the original order to someone, and didn’t charge me for the replacement. Magic!

Spinefit quickly responded to my request to exchange the product for a different size. Customer service has been responsive and helpful, and I look forward to receiving the product.

*Please don't buy* the quality of the item was extremely poor, I asked for a refund within the allocated return time. The company are very slow at responding, eventually when they did they said I was out of time to return the item due to their delay. They have refused any further correspondence, or to provide a return address and phone number (which is not listed on their website). Extremely poor customer service. Clearly lots of fake reviews on Trust Pilot! Fighting for a refund still months later.

Product arrived within a few weeks and looks and feels good quality, it also helps my hypermobile hips. Customer service was excellent, I emailed them as it was slightly too small and they are helping me to correct this

My first brace didn’t fit me, it was too small. I called customer support and they great to help me. They will send me a new brace that is a large. Great support. I’m very happy.

I had a great experience with SpineFit. I ordered 2 belts and one of them was a bi too small due to my error in measuring, so
I reached out to them and they agreed to provide me with a larger replacement at no cost to me at all. Great customer service.
