So far so good, I ordered the size according to my waist measurement and it was too small. After reading the complicated return policy I was feeling defeated, however I decided to take a chance and email their customer service instead. They realized the error in utilizing waist only measurement with people that have larger hips, and hopefully it can lead to an improvement in their sizing suggestions! Otherwise, they are assisting me in getting the correct size with a replacement at no cost to me, and I can't wait to get the relief I was so desperately awaiting! The one I received is excellent quality, and I really think it's going to be a game changer for me once I receive the correct size.

The product is really well made. Instantly wearing the belt makes your posture a lot better than before. Highly recommend this product for anyone who needs to correct their posture and feel better.

They were super helpful to me. The first brace I ordered wasn’t quite big enough for me so they offered to send me a new one. Feels like they actually care about me and my experience with them. The brace itself is of quality and fits great. Just make sure you actually measure your waist before you purchase.

I have been trying to resolve an issue of a stolen package since December 2025, all the email sent were either dismissive or saying they would contact the courier to figure it out. They spent weeks not replying to me and even when I tried to resolve it through paypal they blocked my claim. After almost 3 months they replied a few days ago offering to either reship or refund. I chose the refund option and they blatently ignored my choice and sent me another email today saying they are offering a free replacement. After the blatant disregard they have had for my emails I do not want a replacement I want the refund that was offered to me and still has not been processed. I am extremely frustrated with this company and their lack of support.

The product supported my back especially in my spinal area. I felt my back pain go away just from the support the product was providing.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and reached out to customer support for a replacement. They were incredibly helpful and is sending me a new one. I can’t speak on the product itself yet until I receive the correct size but I would give customer support 5 stars.

Terrible quality and completely misleading. Ordered on Feb 9, received on Feb 20. The material is nothing like advertised. Customer service ignored me after one reply and refused to provide a return address.

The same item sells for $7.49 on Temu. They charge $58!

Do NOT waste your money. If scammed, contact your credit card company IMMEDIATELY to dispute the transaction.

Was kinda unsure at first, but the Spinefit belt is actually really nice quality and feels super strong. I ordered the wrong size (my bad 😅) but they handled it very helpfully and are sending me a new one for free!
