Avoid - bad reputation.

Fans of sweepstakes casinos should avoid Spindoo. This is a decidedly bottom tier site.

They recently sent me this email, after having offered enticing packages with free SC in early May, which I played through and then requested a redemption:

"After review, we confirmed that the affected offers were not intended to be available during those periods. "

They're reversing the transactions, and offering a few pennies as an apology.

Stick to more reputable sites.

Similar experience that every other…

Similar experience that every other user recently on this casino. They gave some offers, I made a profit, then they cancelled the redemption with no notice, took away my SC, and then didn’t issue me a refund. Highly unethical casino and they should be ashamed of themselves for not honoring a redemption just because people made a profit.

Do NOT sign up here. Do NOT buy here. Any package you buy as part of a promotion will not be honored, as shown by their most recent actions that have affected everybody.

Don’t cash you out

I waited almost a month for them to cash me out and they said they had to put redemptions on hold due to a string of wins. I feel like that is a huge red flag. Maybe they should restrict my account from depositing when their games aren’t paying out.

Unbelievable, They removed my redemption completely.
I contacted support and they cant give a answer and the people who respond to this review just say to contact support, no help at all.

Holds money from player by restricting…

Holds money from player by restricting account. Says it takes 24 to 48 hours to fix issues but that isn't the case of course.
Im getting form letters about how sorry they are etc. My issue started because I was due to receive prize money from spindoo. I have money in my account, they never paid out any winnings nor info on who actually won. I just want my money back that's in my account. Your not going to pay the contest money anyway. Write your States Attorney's General's office to file a complaint. There is also a site to file complaints against casino sites that may be outside the US. There is no excuse for the amount of time needed to perform and check. It is common for the scam sites to restrict a player's account during wins and then wait them out so the player stops and they are still getting new players where it just repeats.
Best thing to do is make screen shots of your account, amount of money in the account and EVERY chain letter used to pretend to respond. File those complaints!! Also look for lawsuits that are out there, believe me, there are several ongoing.

The chain response sent by Spindoo is bogus. They never made any attempt to give me my winnings let alone the purchase I had made prior to locking me out. There has to be some Federal Attorney's ready to look into all of these complaints.

PSA: Check Your Cards For Refunds!

UPDATE: Spindoo refunded my initial purchases from May 1st so I can confirm, at least on my behalf, that they aren't rugpulling. Although I am going to leave my review at 2 stars for a few reasons.

1. At the end of the day all I did was purchase promos that popped up on my screen upon logging in. If I wasn't meant to purchase them then don't shove them in my face. It feels to me like Spindoo took the risk in providing promos, but then when they lost money they backtracked and reversed payments on anyone that made money. From what I can tell they still paid out people who lost money from the deal so this was a win win scenario for spindoo where only the customers took on any risk.

2. AI support is GARBAGE. I would have been severely less agitated the past 2 weeks if there was just a real customer support agent letting me know what was going on. Instead I have to deal with AI chat assitants that have 0 idea what is going on internally at the company. Even after leaving a negative review, AI. Guaruntee you within a day there will be an AI chat reply to this message. I recieved no updates throughout any of this process and it took nearly 2 weeks for spindoo to sort things out. I didn't even know I got refunded until a friend of mine asked me to check my account. Do better.

3. For all the stress and headaches they caused they provided absolutely no compensation to my account which I know they did for others. Really? I spent majority of my day on May 1st playing through a 1400+ SC balance just for it to get reversed. Whole day wasted for nothing and then 2 weeks of me contemplating charge back requests, leaving reviews and sending emails all for YOUR mistake.

As much as I'm happy I got my money back, that's kind of the bare minimum cause the alternative is Spindoo straight up breaking the law. As much as I'd like to leave a 3 or 4 star review I think that would be much more deserving if this was dealt with quicker, I had proper support throughout and was fairly compensated for time wasted but since none of this is the case you get 2.

They are now completely unresponsive. Their system is broken. I am requesting full refunds. You can see by their recent reviews that I am not alone. If they don't fix this I'll have to dispute it with my bank

Disgusting business practices. Avoid or you’ll get scammed. If I don’t receive a refund for my original purchases I will be fighting it.

Spindoo quit paying its customers…

Spindoo quit paying its customers around May 1, they are giving them false hope saying things will come, the truth at this point they are over the 10 days max for redemption that their own TOS states. Then they sent me an email stating they were sorry but things were coming, and that 22sc had been credited to my account. That email was a lie, and when asked why they even sent the email, like a ghost. Oh we will have the relevent team contact you, and back into the goy line I go.

Redemption wiped without telling

Writing another review to talk about my experience here, bought and redeemed promo packs on 5/1 and redeemed on 5/2. My redemption was in purgatory forever and the randomly my account got restricted like everyone else. I saw people were getting emails saying they had a problem and people were going to get paid out, no biggie, flash forward to now I still haven’t gotten paid, and I wake up today to see that my account is no longer restricted!! But my redemption is completey gone and now I see that my account was charged 3 times today by spindoo for a total of 600 dollars. Now I have to dispute this with my bank. Very frustrating

This company used to be great

This company used to be great. Back in April I even set a redemption that got approved the same day and in the next day the funds were in my bank account. Recently though on May 1st they dropped some big spring promos. I won over a thousand dollars. However, now it's been 11 days since I redeemed and I'm seeing no movement here. My account says it is locked when I hit redeem. However, my old redemption is still pending. When I ask support I get scripted replies that do nothing to address my questions. It almost reminds me how a politician would answer a question without actually answering it.

Made a redemption for $1540.08 on May…

Made a redemption for $1540.08 on May 2nd. Their Terms and Conditions state it will take up to 2 days to approve a redemption request. Woke up today, 11 days later to find that the redemption request was canceled on their side and the withdrawal was not processed. Not only was the withdrawal not processed, the funds were not returned to my Spindoo account. Untrustworthy site, unhelpful support. Stay away!

Purchases refunded and profit removed

Absolutely horrendous casino! First I bought $900 worth of packs and was lucky enough to submit a $1400+ redemption. Then I saw that my account was restricted like many others. And now, about ten days later, they have refunded my purchase and removed over $500 in profit, presumably because they didn't like how much money I made! Avoid avoid avoid.

Upon purchasing recent promo packs, I was scammed out of 750.00 for purchasing those packs and another 800 that I won on top of that. My redemption was not only cleared from the transaction page but there has been ZERO communication to the matter. If it's concerning the promo packs, then why are they available & popping up like spam? At very least just refund peoples original purchases. Many more of these responses will soon follow I'm sure. I did absolutely nothing wrong here.

This promo deal may have been a scam from the start of a dying out casino trying to make its last squeezes out of its loyal customers.

EDIT: I was refunded PARTIALLY for my purchases but still missing 170.00. Any trace of profits were deleted and multiple diff excuses were made. I’ll update again if they refund the remaining amount.

Made several purchases through Spindoo, won a little, NOT EVEN A LOT. After that, my account was suddenly restricted, and it’s now been weeks with no payout. Very frustrating experience and disappointing customer support.

More consecutive wins than any other social casino

I've had more consecutive wins on this website than any of the other 50 I've tried. I didn't think I'd find a favorite, but I guess I did now. Won 325+ after first purchase, cashed out & received a day later. 2 more exact same thing but won 100 & 99. Am still awaiting those funds. Overall, great site, I do recommend. some sales deals may not be accurate

Everything was fine until the last couple of weeks and now this casino is withholding redemptions. My redemption is going on a week and a half and previous ones took less than 48 hours. Submitted two inquiries and received generic stall responses without any idea of when they if or will pay out my valid winnings and deposits. UPDATE- they refunded my credit card and gave me a few extra coins. I am changing review to 3 star from 1 as they must have made a mistake when posting a sale-at least they tried to work out the problem but I don't know if it is good to trust their sales anymore.

This incident happened 11 days ago. Support refuses to respond to my email anymore. The last two time that I contacted support, they refused to respond.

They have a bot on trustpilot that is giving copy and paste responses, as if they’re helping us but they’re not!
