Similar to other people I spent $900 on packages and redeemed around $1300. They restricted my account, took away the redemption, and have not refunded me even after sending an email saying “ Your affected purchase amount(s) will be fully refunded to your original payment method.“
They will reply to emails with some stupid ai message of “we are so sorry to hear about your frustration” but they don’t seem to actually be doing anything.
Where is my refund, it’s been 20 days since my original purchase this is ridiculous.

This casino is as shady as it gets. I bought a $300 coin package at the end of April. After playing through the coins I had about 440 dollars in my account so I tried to redeem, but my account was somehow restricted. I had redeemed prior to this, and everything else including purchasing more coins was working, however I couldn't even request a redemption. I emailed support but only got a generic "we're looking into it, but can't give any further details." After a week or so I emailed again and this time I got the same response with a "we'll escalate this for you and someone will contact you." Today I logged in to find my account balance was 20SC. Without any contact they just decided to refund my purchase and take my winnings. I'm guessing they wouldn't have done that if I had lost money. What a joke - there are many legit casino's please steer clear of this one. From what I've read online there are many people experiencing the same thing.
EDIT- So they responded to my review with another canned AI response with a lot of words that say nothing. There is no privacy or security risk, they just don't want to pay for winnings. If there was a good reason there would be no issue in providing it. Period. This isn't some super secret CIA stuff we're talking about - it is a company that has failed to provide the service it is selling. And beyond that it failed to even notify the customer that there was some kind or "issue." That is shady. Fortunately, there are other reputable casino's that don't do this shady crap. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to play.

Now that spindoo realizes they keep running into a corner, I'll post the full conversation as it transpired before they dirty deleted it, online at SpinDONT.com later today.
I and thousands have reached out. All were told tough here's $22 in credit (the same as the new player promo you are running everywhere to try to cover the player exit. After that they are banned or ignored. Refund are going to some players in the form of game credits.
Actually, it's a straight forward question. The response of how it's handled is supposed to apply evenly to everyone. Your response implies that was not the case. If the people who won money are having it taken away, then the people who lost money should be reimbursed so that all players are at the same condition and starting point as they are when the *error*began.
So Spindoo,
The accounts that actually lost money playing... but bought these so called incorrect packages.... since you are restoring amounts to say that winners never played, you're going to give any losses BACK to those players and pretend they never played either right?
Also in case anyone is wondering, Spindoo sent off a huge marketing campaign stuff a broker to try and obtain new clients last night. They'd rather go this route than own up to get actions.
Spindoo deleted the response once they realized they got caught. Further they had no issues discussing details until I started pointing out verbiage from the agreement and how they were using it. I took screen shots for you though. You can see them on spindont.com

Below is a copy of the email they sent everyone. Notice claus 1.2... they will try to use that for whatever they want.

Update to response received: Support is essentially saying tough pound sand. What's funny is they say that this stemmed from a marketing email, and I have proof I never worked any of the emails, I purchased directly on the website. This at have value looks as though it was nothing more than a way to save from making payouts for 2 days. Feel free to message me for more info or a reddit group.
Update: Take a look at that response folks. Basically they are saying "We posted our special $1 cheaper so now we can void all of the winnings for amounts that did win". What's to stop this from occurring again? The contract clause is written to allow it. This site is skum
Don't buy any package that they advertise a discount on (even $1 lol). It's a trap to cancel your winnings.
Oh, and they say they are going to refund you, but they haven't done that either .... They just lock you out from spite.

They recently put out a sale that was not supposed to be released and hundreds of people bought the sale. So because of a mistake on THEIR part nobody who purchased from said sale, are allowed any of the winning AND arent being refunded. Very shady and I've been on sweepcasino sites for years.

They restricted my account, with the batch that purchased the May 1st packs. I got all of the packs, totaling about $900. Tried redeeming $1,300. Nada.
I ended up disputing with my bank, and now they're saying there are no refunds. I was hoping to come to a resolution with Spindoo directly. They're trying to steal the initial deposit, AND the redemption.
Stay away - incredibly dishonest site, management. All the recent reviews that speak to this experience are the main ones you should consider...

Completely failed to honor their sale/promotion and kept everybody in the dark for weeks about their thousand-dollar redemptions. I do not trust this company and would never spend another penny on their site.

Spindoo ran a massive sale, got people to buy in, then basically rug pulled the entire thing two weeks later. Offering refunds afterward doesn’t magically erase the frustration, wasted time, and complete lack of confidence this creates as a customer.
If you’re going to run a major promotion, honor it properly and stand behind it. Pulling the plug right after taking orders makes the whole thing feel misleading and poorly managed. Really disappointing experience overall.
