Great service!
I think it's a great service for people who might be struggling or they are facing some difficulties and they don't know how to overcome it.
It can also be super useful to get to know you better and understand why you react in certain ways
It's also very easy to use and schedule the appointments

Great tool and it is my favorite benefit in my company! You can write messages and receive great answers. Counsellors are great and a session with them will make you feel better for sure.

What's not to Spill

Highly recommend Spill
There are times/days when you just get stuck in these strange loops of inner thinking that is really hard to get out of. Spill helps you dig deeper to understand your way of thinking and how to move forward, being kinder and more acceptive of yourself.

What an amazing service to offer
What an amazing service to offer. Given that on the day of my session, I completely changed what I wanted to talk about, the level of service that I received from my counsellor was brilliant. She gave me very useful, actionable advice, and made me feel so much better.

Easy and convenient
