A brilliant first session. The therapist, Tony, was very understanding and helped me feel normal in my grieving process.

Spill is helpful to just have a space to offload when needed. Can be difficult to always see the same therapist, which is hard for continuity, but have met some lovely therapists and even seeing someone new can be really beneficial, even if just a one off.

Really helpful service. Today I needed someone to listen and then question my thinking, feelings and next steps. This has given me clarity and confidence to tackle some big issues coming up.

Really easy to use, and effective. I found it very easy to book and manage a session, and then joining and participating was just as simple. Having the opportunity through work to book a session right when you need it is so valuable. The process for booking the first session was so simple, with an option to submit a form describing the type of support you need if any of the preset options don't really give the sense of the full picture. The session felt like a safe environment where I could talk openly about whatever I needed to without judgment.

Spill is a great platform with great professionals. I am really thankful to my employer for providing this service as it has made it possible for me to reach out for help without having to worry about the costs.
