Great therapist and confidential service. Customer support is also super quick to respond. I'm luck that my work pays for access, every workplace should.

Life can be difficult and there re circumstances you don't feel comfortable chatting about with friend, family or colleagues. Spill is filling that gap.

It was really easy to set up an appointment, I got a first 25-minute chat booked in at a time that worked for me the next week, and I felt a great rapport with my counsellor from the get-go. It's made me really look forward to our sessions and feel like they will be able to help me.

It was kind of a non-traditional therapy session, more coaching than anything else, and my therapist totally rolled with it. She asked great questions, got me to answer most of my own questions, and generally was a great sounding board. I left with an approach to solving a problem in the workplace and suggestions on how to prevent the issue from repeating in the future. It also helped ease a mental burden I was trying to work through on my own.

So far I had the pleasure working with a lovely therapist who is very knowledgeable and supportive. I can book my sessions at my own pace at the comfort of my home. Also I get access to a broad library online of advice regarding issues that concern me but I can even message a therapist for advice. Having mental healthcare available at the edge of my fingertips fills me with gratitude! If you want to have happier employees this is the right step forward!

Process was easy to setup, therapist was pretty useful and listened to me and gave me space to discuss things. Homework was given which is great. I can see the same therapist again (from what I understood) and I like this a lot so I have had a good experience so far (1st and only session I had).

Having Spill is such a privilege and it's such a fantastic tool. It's excellent for many different reasons, whether you need to talk to someone because you feel lonely or you want to explore deeper topics that you haven't really spoken about before. Therapy isn't something you should be ashamed of it's such a fantastic thing to help you vocalise your thoughts and feelings with someone who helps you understand them.

It is simple to book and reschedule appointments, and the experts are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and eager to assist.

Honestly cannot recommend Spill enough. Having access to high quality therapy through your workplace is extremely valuable, especially in a time when private therapy is basically a luxury. Being able to start a full course of counselling or just having a one off session is exactly the kind of flexibility that makes it work and the manager clinic is a wonderful addition for those who also want to support their line reports.

I would recommend Spill to anyone that hasn't had the best experience with talking therapies in the past. I love the layout, the accessibility, and my Counsellor is absolutely amazing.
