WORST STAFFING AGENCY EXPERIENCE EVER
I've worked with some bozo organizations in my day, but this takes the cake. My friend and I waited nearly 30 minutes before the two incredibly rude male workers decided to grace us with their presence. We were treated with disrespect and annoyance. We worked several days and our Instant Pay was never incorporated into our paychecks, through no fault of our own. Instead of helping resolve this, we were met with a glare and told, "Maybe you guys have garnishments or child support. " We have no such things and were offended badly. Their rudeness was so offensive, and in my 30+ years of working, I've never received such disrespect and bad customer service. I understand they serve the transient, homeless community, but they quite simply disparaged us. I have a Bachelor of Arts and a post-graduate degree, so I don't appreciate being talked down to like an insolent 5-year-old child. Bri and Meredith belittled us with condescending remarks and no one provided us with adequate answers to ANY of our questions. We were talked down to repeatedly and our questions were treated with condescension and arrogance. What an INCREDIBLY sad experience. I'd rate a -100 if possible.
