Absolute dumpster fire garbage. Cannot log in to check paystubs, verification codes sent to my cell sometimes hours after I requested it, and have to try to log in sometimes dozens of times which then locks the account. All.employers should put this in the trash heap

Had this payroll company after they bought out my long-time prior payroll company. Customer service is abysmal and I wouldn't recommend for any size business.

Can't get any help. just trying to do simple things and they charged hundred of dollars a month DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

isolved is user friendly and the implementation was a breeze. The system was customized to meet our needs and we did not need to try and fit into a pre-done template.

My experience with isolved has been very positive. It’s easy to use, helps streamline HR and payroll tasks, and makes managing employee information much more efficient.

This company doesn’t deserve a Star at all unless it’s in the negative side. By far the worst payroll platform I’ve dealt with in 30+ years of secular employment. They have zero technical support for the updated APP changes. No customer service/ technician worthy of working with. I call out folks by name and hold accountability. Joseph Dunlap isn’t knowledgeable enough to hold his role !

I am trying to sign up for COBRA, after the company I worked for dumped me. This company uses iSolved to do their HR stuff.

I had trouble getting into iSolved, so I called the customer “service” number. I was advised to leave my number for a callback. A human being did call me back (after 3 hours) and was unable to resolve my issue, She said she would call me at 10:30 the next day with more information.

It’s now 11:00, and nobody called back. I tried using the customer “service” bot on the iSolved login page, but it is incapable of answering simple questions. AI and chatbots are f’ing useless.

I’m very dissatisfied with iSolved. Getting into my account is harder than breaking into Ft. Knox, and the customer “service” is a joke. I hate corporations, and I hate the computerization of everything.

Crap product that is being forced on me! No customer support given to my employer or myself. No phone calls, just unhelpful emails and links that don't work. They want to conduct business completely online - cold and impersonal. The platform is impossible for the person who is too old for Snapchat but too young for Life Alert. I need human help not AI. Do your employees a favor and find a different payroll company.

We absolutely love everything about isolved. We use them for payroll and onboarding as well as the WOTC program. We cannot say enough good things about them. From their integrations to their customer service, they are the best!

They have a lot of the answers in the university. I always go there before getting in touch with our representative.
I'm not very happy with Sam, it just says we have your question & someone will answer. The rep we used to have answered right away.
Most of the customer service staff are very nice and get the solutions fast.

Isolved is always going above and beyond trying to simplify our tasks.

iSolved is a very comprehensive HCM platform that streamlines many workflows such as payroll, time off, and compliance. iSolved has provided a significant time savings so that we can work on other initiatives. It's very hands on and easy to use from an admin perspective and employee view alike. Our main customer service rep is wonderful but I do have some issues when my questions require Tier 2 support in getting to the right person but I will say that has been addressed and is actively being worked on.

Overall, my experience with iSolved HCM has been positive, particularly when it comes to customer service, the staff, and the overall user experience. The support team and staff have been helpful, professional, and responsive when assistance was needed. I appreciate having knowledgeable people available to help address questions and work through issues.

From a user experience standpoint, iSolved is generally intuitive and provides a good range of tools and features. The platform makes it convenient to access and manage important HR and payroll-related information in one place.

That said, I would have given iSolved a higher rating if it weren't for some app glitches and errors I experienced throughout the year. At times, these issues made the experience frustrating and created additional steps or delays when trying to complete tasks. While the problems were not necessarily constant, their recurrence affected my overall impression of the platform.

I would encourage iSolved to continue focusing on app stability, reducing technical errors, and improving consistency across the user experience. If those issues can be addressed, I believe iSolved has the potential to provide an even stronger and more reliable experience for its customers.

Overall, I appreciate the quality of the staff and customer service and see a lot of value in the platform. With continued improvements to reliability and performance, I would be more inclined to give iSolved a higher rating in the future.

I have been using isolved for five years now, and I truly appreciate how attentive and responsive their customer support team is whenever an issue arises. They are always willing to help and make sure any questions or concerns are addressed in a timely manner

isolved’s customer service is great! Whenever I need a quick response, I use the SAM support chat, and it always responds quickly and gets me the help I need.

The customer service team assisted in having a new earnings code added with speed.

iSolved has so many tools and constantly working on improvements!

No words, cannot log in to my account. Asking all the codes, verifications at the end nothing working. Send us directly paystubs on email. We do not need third party companies. They don't deserve one star review.
