2 pair for a 4 year old.
I ordered 2 pair for a 4 year old, early in November. I just received the package today. I had ordered size 12, bowfin jr., and ankle boots, size 12 again. Yes, I received 2 pair, just alike, rubber ankle boots, called Torrent. Both for women, a size adult 10, and adult 6.5. Makes me sick as he WAS going to wear a pair at Thanksgiving services.
I have been on hold with customer service, after immediately calling, for 25 minutes, still holding….

Service is horrible. Made an order I never got an email on when my order would arrive it’s been almost a month. When I called I found out my order was never processed. I agree to still process my order now they don’t have the size and color I ordered. Shitty service will not order from there again. 👎

Spent a few hundred of dollars ($375!) on World Cup handcrafted in Maine boat shoes. I have never been able to wear them as these are too large and are the most uncomfortable, stiff shoes I have ever owned. These are very well built, but unable to wear.
I have regrets. Never again.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were on sale, accidentally not changing the size. They were a sale item, I checked if my size was in sale and asked if I could swap. Response was no, even though they had plenty left. Now I am left with a pair that I have to sell on market place.
Buyer beware
After being a loyal customer for over 12 years. I am a captain with a 110 ton license. I recommended them for years.
I bought a pair from Amazon and it broke after 6 weeks. A very simple issue. The shoe literally came off the sole. Sperry gave me a legal get out because I bought it from Amazon. Amazon only offers a 4 week warranty.
Sperry however offers a longer warantee. But you have to order it from their online site.
This is unacceptable
I will never use these this company again.

First time customer here. I recently ordered a pair of boat shoes for my husband and this company sent a pair that had obviously already been worn AND had an insole on one of the shoes that was completely the wrong size.
Customer service “Crystal” refunded the amount and told me to recycle the shoes. As if this wasn’t the minimum for such poor service and quality. There is no incentive to give them a second chance, when I brought this up they send me a free shipping code lol.
Definitely not living up to the hype of the brand, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Bought a wide shoe but the confirmation email did not show wide. Since the shoes were on sale and to avoid missing the sale I reordered and went to cancel the first order. No way of doing a cancel on uout own. Come to find out the customer service person said she can’t either, but no problem once you get them just send them back, well this process is going on a month. They received the items days ago but never sent an email confirming that, like their process says they will, Sperdy is awful

Splitting soles…
I’ve purchased three pairs of authentic boat shoes in the last two years, and each pair has had the sole ripped from the upper along the toe. The sole simply breaks, and the stitches pull through the rubber. This is a consistent quality control problem, and you used to be able to see many customers with the same problem on the product reviews on their website. They’ve since removed this feature—I guess they got too many bad reviews. One would think they’d improve QC, but alas they get cheaper and poorer quality with each passing year.
Crooks
This company is by far, the worst, of the worst. Never again, will I purchase anything from Sperry. I never received my order, and their customer service is basically a recorder. 80 dollars down the drain.
Frustrating Experience
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience trying to resolve an issue through Sperry's website. I purchased a pair of shoes that caused significant discomfort and injury, and when I turned to their website for assistance, I found it completely unhelpful.
The website was difficult to navigate, and I struggled to find clear information on customer support options or how to report product issues. There was no straightforward way to contact customer service directly from the website, and the available information did not address my concerns.
Given Sperry’s reputation, I expected a much more user-friendly and supportive online experience. This has been a frustrating ordeal that has not only wasted my time but also left me with a product I cannot use without harm. I am deeply disappointed and would caution others about relying on their online support.
Sperry should stop using Fed Ex ground
Sperry should stop using Fed Ex ground. They are totally unreliable. Will hold up shipments until the appropriate truck has a full load. Go to UPS even if the shipping charge increases. American companies are obsessed with reducing quality to increase earnings.
Disappointed in Indiana
I bought a pair of Sperrys last spring for this winter.
I started wearing them about 3 weeks ago. The right boot is peeling off by the big toe area. I am shocked to see that happening to a boot from a company like this.
Very disappointed, probably will not buy another pair.
Well they didn’t last long! an expensive pair of boat shoes
Bought an expensive pair of boat shoes. The front of the sole ripped away after only a couple of wears. Called them directly with photos etc and they were not interested in helping me in the slightest. So disappointed with quality of product and customer service.
I bought a pair of topsiders online…
I bought a pair of topsiders online thru Sperry.com. They didn't fit and gave me a blister. I was told since the shoe wasn't defective they would not refund me and i should use mole skin. I am disappointed that I can't return a product that doesn't work for me. I would not recommend them.
Waisting your time.
The time I spent contacting Pelts Shoe along with sending you two different sets of pictures and then calling you is to painful. My time is to valuable to pick a fight with you. The premium Sperry Gold Boat shoes I purchased were altered to disguise the defect. You finally agreed to send me a return label quite some time ago and it never came.
