Such an easy experience, super fast turn around and such friendly and speedy communication!

Really pleased to find spec repairs. Much better and cheaper than buying new specs. Great communication and contact from beginning to end, and delighted with the end product. Gold star service, and great value for money.

Excellent service to make a frame in the colours I wanted. Told 6 weeks at outset and they delivered in time.
Nice people to work with to get something unique.
Thank you.

Excellent service, posted broken specs on Saturday from the NE of Scotland and they were returned on the following Wednesday! Unbelievably quick service. When the specs were returned, their condition was as though they were just purchased. Talk about invisible repairs! couldn't rate this company highly enough

Excellent service from start to finish and a fraction of the prices of the main high street retailers.

Great service they repaired my spare set of glasses after they were sat on by me….
Great communication very happy with repair 5 star

Quick repair with good communication. I have used before and will use again. Thank you

I am really impressed with the extremely prompt response to my emails and with the excellent and speedy repair carried out on my glasses. Excellent company and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Amazing company really pleased to get an old pair of frames sorted with new lenses and repaired all in the space of a week at a reasonable price communication was brilliant from getting a quote to letting me know when my glasses were being sent back when I honestly thought they were destined for the bin can't thank them enough

Spec repairs were very quick, friendly and professional. They done a great job repairing my glasses with a quick turnaround too, cannot recommend them enough!

Fast service. Overhaul/MOT of glasses turned these into wearable specs again. Much appreciated.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. I had two pairs of specs fixed and returned within 4 working days. I will definitely use Spec Repairs again in future and would highly recommend to anyone. Great service and value for money - thank you!

Replaced my lenses for others. Great service and really pleased.

Was devastated when I dropped my Bvlgari sunglasses and scratched not only the lenses but the frames too! Found these guys by googling and got in touch. The communication was superb. They replied instantly to all my queries and within a few days of sending my sunglasses to them, I got them back looking like new! Thanks guys for a great service!

I had broken the leg iff my glasses. Specrepairs were brilliant. Customer service very helpful, the repair was very quick, good price and more importantly the repair was excellent cant see were the repair was done!!
Thank you

My specs were on their last legs, but have returned looking brand new from specrepairs. All done very quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them. I am very pleased.

Excellent prompt service . My glasses are as good as new . I would highly recommend them unlike Specsavers who were absolutely unhelpful when approached as the glasses I had, were out of guarantee by 5 days . I wish I had known about this service before investing in new glasses .
Specrepairs help from start to finish has been amazing .

Fast and economical the repair was excellent and I recommend their service whole heartedly

I sent my sunglasses and they were in pretty bad shape! Bent screws, one handle wasn’t attached and one was bent completely out of shape. Within 3 working days I had my glasses back looking like they’d never been fixed! I’d taken them to 3 places before and they said they could not be fixed at all! ( Burberry pair may I add! )
Can’t thank them enough! ☺️
