Found Specrepairs online after both Vision Express and Specsavers had pronounced my designer frames unrepairable (the nosepad wire had come off one side).
Got a very sensible quote of £25-30 for the repair. Posted on Saturday Tracked 48, delayed by Post Office so didn't arrive until Wednesday morning. Had a phone call by Wednesday midday to confirm repair possible and for me to pay. Repaired and returned the following Saturday morning for a total cost of £35 including return by guaranteed special delivery. The repair looks to be even stronger than the original and it's not even noticeable that it has been repaired unless you look VERY closely. Definitely 5star service, great workmanship and super-fast return made even more admirable as it was a bank holiday weekend. Highly recommended and would use again without hesitation.

Straight forward process, good customer service, and timely responses. I had 4 pair of glasses where the arms spanned out and I was told where I purchased them that they could not fix them. I contacted Spec Repairs, and they fixed them. Really pleased with my repaired glasses. They even arrived on Valentine's day, best present I could have received on the day :) Definitely I will recommend them to friends and family.

I sent off my favourite Prada sunglasses and needed one arm attaching and the other arm securing.

Got a call as soon as the glasses arrived with a price that included vat and delivery of £32.99. The glasses were sent back to me the day after I paid and are as good as new. All done in less than a week!
Comms was excellent all the way through and I will definitely be using again the next time I sit on my glasses 😀

I’m so pleased with the repairs to my glasses. Posted on Tuesday, phone call with quote and payment made the next day, glasses received on Friday, all in the same week! Saved me a lot of money buying a new pair of varifocals! Fast , efficient service, highly recommended.

I was on the verge of giving up trying to get a replacement arm for a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses, having been told by everywhere else that they were not repairable, when I finally came across Spec Repairs. Abby was extremely helpful and after emailing through a few photos of the snapped arm she told me they could get it done. An impressively speedy service and a very affordable price.

Having been told by 3 opticians that my Jimmy Choo sunnies were irreparable +1 year ago. I didn’t have the heart to throw them away even they were unwearable. Found Specrepairs on Google thought it was worth a try. OMG. 4 days after sending them in they’re back on my nose! Literally, as good as new. Huge thanks x

I posted rimless Versace spes last Saturday morning from Inverness and received them back Thursday 12.30. The enquiry was quickly dealt with by Gina and repair carried out where vision express couldn't help.I would thoughly recommend this company and royal mails postal service

Fantastic service! The hinge on my designer variafocal sunglasses had broken and I was faced with having to spend hundreds buying new ones but this company saved the day. Amazing! Great communication. Very quick turnaround time.

Sent on Wednesday, arrived Thursday and repaired the same day & posted back same day, arrived on the Friday.

Most of us know that feeling of being a bit clumsy. The realisation that after standing on your sunglasses, a replacement pair would be expensive.

A quick Google led me to SpecRepairs, I sent them a couple of pics, a favourable estimate to repair was received back within a day. The sunglasses were posted onto them and I received a full quote following inspection.

The work was completed and the sunglasses returned to me within 4 days. £27 including special delivery. Certainly better then spending £160 on a new pair.

I cannot fault the service from start to finish, the quality of the work was impeccable.

Glasses are expensive so I felt really depressed when Specsavers looked at mine and said they were unfixable (the right handle had come off) and I would need to buy a new pair. I thought I'd try Specrepairs, sent my glasses to them on the Wednesday and got them back good as new on the Saturday morning. For £30. Cannot recommend them more highly for every step of the process and have passed their details to any glasses wearing friends.

My poor old metal glasses had a broken nose bridge.
When I recieved my glasses I was very happy with the repair. They looked as good as new!

Another excellent repair by Spec Repairs. Both repairs to acrylic frames have been almost invisible. A fast, efficient and professional service. Highly recommended.

I have spent a fortune on designer glasses from Specsavers (Bridgwater branch) over the last few years. I took a pair in to be repaired - the arms were no longer at right angles to the frames and were really uncomfortable. I was asked to leave them all day. When I went to collect I was informed that they were not repairable. I found SpecRepairs through a Google search and they have repaired then BEAUTIFULLY in only a couple of days at a brilliant cost of £15. Absolutely amazing service!! Brilliant communication from the Company about the repair. Can thoroughly recommend!! Not so sure about the aftercare service provided by Specsavers though......

Incredibly efficient and easy to use. My glasses, which my optician had said were beyond repair have been immaculately repaired and returned in record time.
The staff on the phone were polite and extremely helpful.

I sent them a pair of my old sunglasses that are about 20 years old, I was a little wary to send as had a bad experience before with another company, but I was so glad I had not lost faith and they have restored my faith my glasses can back like new really pleased with there work and the price was very reasonable, I highly recommend them and will not use anyone else in future excellent and a huge thank you

Excellent service, communication and turnaround.

I sent my specs off on Wednesday, was called to make payment on Thursday, and Specs arrived back Friday!

Repair excellent. Specs fitted with new right side spring joint - arm re-attached and loose left arm was secured. Total cost £32.99 price includes special delivery. No grumbles with that at all - saved me rushing out to buy a new pair that would have cost £200 upwards.

Glasses were fixed quickly and customer service was great. Price was far cheaper than new frames and arm was fixed back into place. Will definitely use again if need.

This service was extremely good. My Rayban lense was smashed and I sent them to SpecRepairs, who contacted me immediately with a quote. I sent them off - and even with a bank holiday - they were returned, looking like new for under £50 in less than a week.
Can’t recommend more highly.
