My 3 bottles arrived after 3 weeks , light brown coloured liquid, tastes sweet , scared to use there, doesn't show where it was sourced/processed on packaging, no leaflet inside box , gonna have to bin it

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing products which I have never received. They keep replying to my emails and telling me the products are in transit...must be 2 to 3 months now...don't be fooled...must be a scam 😒

After a lengthy wait for delivery, the product arrived. Tastes like water with sugar in it. The ingredients listed don't have any proof that they are actually whats in it. The ads make all kinds of claims about "anti cancer" with "people" saying its cured them. These kind of ads only appear on places like Facebook for a reason. If this actually did what they claim then it would be sold in every store in the land. Dont get scammed, but I suspect if you're here, you already have been.

Yep , just like the rest , I got suckered for failing to read the reviews first, and it was only when I received it after waiting for a month, I saw an add on a social media platform warning people not to buy this and what to look out for when buying authentic products , this was definitely a con , I should’ve known better, but had I’d known it was being sent from china , I would’ve never made the order , from looking at the ad, it looked like it was Being shipped in from the US or the UK, it didn’t have nothing to let me know that it was coming in from China,

The time People cotton onto this, the company would’ve already made their money , So People, please be careful, it’s easy to fall for these tricks when you are going through things in life and you so desperately want to find a solution for your problems

I ordered a pack of two but only received one bottle. It took a month to arrive. (Dec 24). I wrote to them and they said they would look into it.

Since posting this review, I’ve just received the missing 2nd bottle on 22nd Jan 2025.

Took a month to be delivered...from China. So there's your first red flag it is not actual graviola. I emailed customer support 3 times to return it because I know it is fake, they finally responded with a mailing address in London. Red flag #2. Sad they are a scam but it will be going in the trash, as I won't be paying $35 shipping to return it. Red flag #3 they do not list all ingredients, they do not provide proof of sourcing. So you are probably getting a slow killing oil they brewed from some chinese dudes weeds in his backyard

Rubbish, delivery took over a month to arrive and then only one item I ordered came. Also it gets imported from China which is probably why it took so long l. Haven't heard back from them since.

Scam. I ordered Sour Plus 3 weeks ago. When I click on the tracking number, it’s non existent. Like others on here, I didn’t realize it was coming from China. I doubt I’ll ever receive it but if I do, it’s going in the trash.

Item came smashed and have been waiting for a refund for weeks, now don’t respond to my emails. AVOID

It’s manufactured in China 🇨🇳 and when queried on authenticity of product, and further information on sourcing, purity, they do not reply. This creates doubt about the authenticity of the product. Can you please explain why you do not mention in any of your marketing (or the product itself) that it is shipped from China?

Took a while to arrive. I absolutely love this product. I'm already feeling huge benefits to my digestive system and only been taking it for a few days. One very happy UK customer 😀

I waited over a month for my order and it finally arrived well packaged, did send a few emails with no response so I can understand why there’s a lot disgruntled customers and I don’t blame them.. if they reply back there wouldn’t be a problem. Haven’t tried the product as yet but I’ll write another review in a few weeks to undate you. Thanks United Kingdom not the United States

Do not use this company. My parcel was never delivered. Wish I’d read the reviews first but I was desperate to get treatment for my Dad’s cancer. AVOID!!!!!

I never received the parcel...I am so disappointed to admit I have been scammed...I sent an email and if course no reply...
I feel absolutely disgusted..

I bought this several weeks back. I actualky thought it was from a company within the EU only to find at the pojnt of shipping that it is from China. If you had gone through the length to deceive people this way, it shows there is something about the product itself which one shoukd be worried about! I suggest you state your company details clearly out there, it gives people more confidence in the use of the product. Unfortunately, I would not be using this.

I placed an order with the company Dec 6th. I never received my order. The support team came back and said they could not find the order. The company took my money and kept that thought, I guess I'll never get that $73.24 back.

Bought end of November in Black Friday deal. £44 approx. Like everyone else thought it was coming from the USA and not China. Didn’t arrive by Christmas and they didn’t respond to emails but has arrived this morning via Royal Mail. So all that was disappointing but now it’s here I darent even use it. I don’t trust what is in it and came here to see if anyone else can confirm it’s definitely what it says it is. I’ll prob just bin in and get some from someone reputable. This is third item over Christmas I’ve bought from what I thought were USA or UK small sellers only for them to take ages to arrive and come from China. I’ll be far more careful in the future. Very disappointed all in all.
