I ordered a bottle, but they kept coming! I sent several emails but they're response was one excuse after another. I put a stop order into my bank, apparently, they know how to go around that; orders kept coming. I cancelled my credit card. Findley receive a respond from Pat, he assured me they were cancelled.

Surplus independently kept sending me reoccurring orders of their product that I DID NOT request. 5 emails later they ignored me. Terrible business practices. Do better Sourplus or get out of the vitamin world.

Scam site. I paid £93 for a jacket on 27th September. I complained and received 2 emails. It is now 22nd November and not a word.

Fraudulent company. Took my money and no SourPlus, contacting trading standards
SCAMMERS

This is a scam site. Don't buy anything. I never got my package and after checking the email they sent with the tracking number, it was a fake tracking number from several years ago.

Put on subscription with out telling me and getting supplies i don’t use or need. 9 bottles now. Send 4-5 emails and messages asking to stop subscribing which I didn’t ask for. No replay or address to send it back for refund.
Don’t touch it. It’s a scam.

Ordered not realising I was on a subscription tried cancelling will not accept my email which I preferred with blocked with bank but their disputing my reasons unable to get a reply from them when I email them shocking stay well away and it’s useless

Its almost a month since i ordered and nothing has come. Have tried contacting them several times but they don't respond.

Ordered on 07/05 and no update to my order status after inquiry. Now I suspect this product is made in china and am no longer interested.

Ordered through Facebook ad on Sour Plus website on June 4th, today is July 7th, and just got an email from them stating my order has just shipped from CHINA. CHINA!!!!! DO NOT SEND THIS FRAUDLANT company money, I filled out a fraudulent company complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Their site needs to be taken down. Goodby 35.00 dollars, I will miss you.

I ordered 3 weeks ago. I dint get a receipt only the charged and product hasn't arrived. I tried to contact on email and directly on IG and no-one has replied. This for me is already a scam...

Ben netjes in contact gekomen met het bedrijf omdat mijn product kwijt is geraakt. Dat kan gebeuren. En kreeg netjes mijn geld terug.

Loving SourPlus! Delivery was quick, and the product is amazing. I’ve started noticing real improvements in my digestion and energy. Couldn’t be happier!

🚩🚩 a couple of things to consider before buying from here, which should make you think 'red flag':

1. They have a 'average' 2.9 rating on Trustpilot, despite their website saying a raring of "5* from 20,000+ of reviews"

2. On their website, they say 'As seen in Cancer Research UK' with their logo. This implies Cancer Research UK supports them, or Soursop (graviola) when that is absolutely not true. Cancer Research UK have published an article that is well worth a read. It says:

"there have not been any studies in humans" (regarding the use of soursop to treat cancer),

"Many sites on the internet advertise and promote soursop as a cancer cure. But reputable scientific cancer organisations do not support them"

"We don’t know much about how graviola affects the body. But some chemicals in soursop concern scientists. It may cause nerve changes and movement disorders. The nerve changes may cause symptoms like Parkinson's disease. Laboratory research has found that some substances in graviola can cause nerve damage. It crosses into the brain from the bloodstream."

There seems to be a lot of 'soursop' sellers popping up all over social media, advertising this magic liquid as a cancer cure, please do your research 🙏

I’ve been using this Soursop Extract every day for a few weeks now, and I must say, the differences in my digestion and overall energy are wonderfull. It’s tasty, i put it in my homemade smoothies for extra goodness.

I had the same bad experience about the delivery. But after several emails I finally received Sourplus+. After reading other experiences on Trustpilot I decided to do some more research. I found on Wikipedia an article that everyone has to know. In this article of science direct there is evidence that the soursop fruit can cause Parkinson. So I will not use Sourplus+ and advice everyone to do neither.
The explanation is that fruit contains annonacine. For more information read:
