Great experience!!
I got an error message, but it had a link and after reading that I figured out that they likely had too many people transferring data at the same time as me. I kept clicking for it to try again and after about 10 minutes it worked and I was able to easily transfer all my songs and playlists!! Very grateful! Easy to use as well!

I just wanted to transfer from Spotify to Qobuz but somehow ended up with a subscription I didn’t want.
I reported the incident, my fault, but received no response.
I saw a subscription and thought it was for Qobuz and accidentally clicked it.

Thank you for your feedback. Soundiiz is entirely independent of Qobuz. While Qobuz could promote from time to time Soundiiz, there's no affiliation between these entities.
Soundiiz offers a distinct service; helpful to transfer data between streaming services, while Qobuz offers streaming features.

Smooth expierence
The first time, I had trouble with payment (be careful whether you choose monthly or annual billing). The second time went smoothly. Everything transferred and synced seamlessly. I recommend it Soundiiz.

I never would have subscribed had I known there were limits that would affect functionality.
I have been trying for months to get my Spotify playlists to sync to my Plex account. It seemed to keep always having missing matches, despite the metadata being the same. I read through help articles and couldn't find any reason for why it would be having issues.
I reached out to support, and they confirmed an issue with their system where it will not sync greater than 10,000 albums. I had seen articles about 10,000 tracks, and articles about there being a playlist limit, so this album limit was news to me, and limits the effectiveness of the service.
When I pointed out that there is no documentation noting the limit, they offered a partial refund. I tried to ask for the full refund, as I never would have subscribed had I known there were limits that would affect functionality.

Just to clarify, it’s actually possible to see exactly what Soundiiz can access and synchronize from a music platform before subscribing. You can connect your accounts for free and explore how your playlists, favorites, and library items appear without needing a Premium plan first.
Regarding the 10,000 album limit: this restriction is not specific to Soundiiz. It’s mainly due to technical and performance constraints of the streaming APIs themselves, which often enforce global limits (on tracks, artists, or albums) to keep their services stable. We do our best to handle these limitations, but in some cases they are imposed directly by the music platforms.
Finally, a partial refund was issued because your Premium plan had already been used successfully to transfer several playlists. A full refund wasn’t possible in this case since the service was already utilized.
We appreciate your understanding, and your feedback will help us make those API-related limitations clearer in our documentation.

So simple to use
So simple to use; simply chose a source (Spotify) and transferred all my playlists (143 of them 🙄) to Quboz.
Soundiiz was the default transfer choice when I went into the Qobuz website: I can see why!
Ridiculously easy - I couldn't be happier; makes leaving Spotify a piece of cake.
I've already advised all my mates to do the same 🥳

Easy data migration
Easy to use and flawlessly transferred ~98% of thousands of saved songs and playlists. Just needed it for a one-time migration and it was well worth it.

Über 200 Playlists umgezogen
Der Transfer von über 200 Playlists hat gut funktioniert. Wenn nicht alle Titel beim anderen Anbieter vorhanden waren, bekam man ein Fehlerprotokoll. Das musste für jede Playlist einzeln geöffnet werden. Komischerweise wurden oft Titel angezeigt, die gar nicht in der ursprünglichen Playlist waren. Das nachzuvollziehen war etwas mühsam.

What didn't go wrong
What didn't go wrong? Your service destroyed my playlists. I had the sync feature enabled and it messed up my entire song order and even added random songs I did not have in my playlist. Horrible experience and would never recommend to anyone.

We are sorry about this; however, you have created syncs from A to B and B to A; which is not a native Soundiiz feature, as that could indeed mess up your playlists. Be sure only to use the native Soundiiz feature, which involves having a "source" playlist and a "destination". We don't support 2-ways sync for that particular reason.

was fast and free with youtube premium so might aswell get a month of ad free videos than give this company money.
