False advertising of free tier
This looked great, I wanted to build a small playlist with friends who use different platforms. The free tier was more than enough, and it worked great initially syncing at the same time everyday.
Unfortunately the sync was paused more than once a week, and I had to use their poorly designed website and click through lots of options to unpause it. I emailed them to explain and ask them to stop pausing it, but they never responded and continued to un-sync and it is now proving more hassle than it's worth.
Why offer a free tier that does all some people need only to make it unusable and unreliable? I think it is simply a gimmick to get people to pay for premium, and pretty poor practice.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Free plan does indeed include one automatic Sync.
However, because music platforms impose strict API usage limits, free Syncs cannot continue indefinitely without occasional manual confirmation from the user. Otherwise, many inactive users would simply forget about their Syncs and leave them running permanently, consuming limited API resources without even realizing it.
This is not intended as a gimmick to push users toward Premium, but as a necessary safeguard for the APIs that are essential to Soundiiz. This careful management is one of the reasons Soundiiz is still operating more than 13 years after its launch.
That said, we fully understand that the current reactivation process can be frustrating. We have taken note of your feedback and will try to reassess and improve this part of the experience in the future where possible.

Very poor match rate on Apple Music (PC)
I tried using this tool on my PC to transfer my playlists to Apple Music via M3U files, but the success rate is incredibly disappointing. When I tried uploading a large playlist with over 700 songs, it capped out and could only transfer around 380. Thinking it might just be an issue with large files, I tried a much smaller playlist of 123 songs—but even then, it barely matched 80 of them.

Thank you for your feedback. When using a source file like an M3U with metadata such as title, artists, and album, it can be quite different from the streaming platform's catalog metadata, making matching challenging. I recommend using at least an EXTM3U or M3U8 file instead. However, if your file naming differs significantly from the destination catalog, unfortunately, there's only so much we can do.

It doesn't find most of the albums
It doesn't do what I bought it for - 70% of albums imported to Qobuz from Spotify are not found, though are present in Qobuz database.

The best on the market imo
I use Soundiiz weekly to add songs to different streaming platforms as a DJ. I use it at least twice a week and I LOVE it. Super and I really recommend it.

Transferring from Spotify to Qobuz
Transferring from Spotify to Qobuz. Over 15% of my music is unmatched, however many songs I checked, actually exist in Qobuz, even with the same name. So the search / match algorithm of Soundiiz seems to be complete trash

Unfortunately, the Qobuz catalog accessible via the API for developers is not as extensive as the one available to Qobuz customers on the Qobuz App. Qobuz is actively working to improve this; therefore, some items, even popular ones, might not be found by Soundiiz due to this limitation. This issue is unrelated to Soundiiz's search or match process, as we do not experience such problems with other platforms.

Transfer playlist from Apple to Qobuz
I am transferring more than 1000 playlists from Apple Music to Qobuz. This works very well with Soundiiz. So Soundiiz is for me an excellent and user friendly tool fotmr this purpose.
