Transferred quickly and without missing…
Transferred quickly and without missing a thing. Made my transition off of Spotify seamless. It even gave me clear instructions to wait a while (too many transfers at once for the site), which I did and it worked right away!

I’m extremely disappointed that…
I’m extremely disappointed that Soundiiz automatically deletes my batch history after just 7 days. I spent a lot of time transferring hundreds of playlists, albums and tracks, and now I have no way to see what failed or to retry only the missing items.
This is a serious design flaw — for a paid Premium service, you should at least keep transfer logs or allow exporting a summary of the results.
It would take almost no storage to keep 2–3 CSV files with transfer results for reference. Instead, users are forced to start over blindly, which can easily cause duplicates or lost data.
Please consider keeping completed batches accessible permanently (or at least allow users to export them automatically before deletion).
As it stands, this limitation makes the service unreliable for large migrations.

We understand your concern about the 7-day limit for accessing detailed batch history. This retention period is clearly indicated in the Soundiiz interface, and in most cases, it’s sufficient for users to review and retry any failed transfers.
That said, we understand that for large migrations like yours, a longer history could be helpful. However, as Soundiiz is a small team of only two people, we need to manage our data storage and infrastructure costs carefully. Keeping detailed logs indefinitely isn’t currently sustainable for us.
We’ll nevertheless consider possible alternative solutions in the future; for example, options to export or archive results more easily.
We truly appreciate that you’ve been able to transfer so many playlists and tracks using Soundiiz, and we’re grateful for your support and input.

Very easy seamless process
Very easy seamless process. A few songs in my Napster playlist were not transferred to Apple Music that definitely could have been.
5 stars would be under $5 and all songs transferred that could be.

With Soundiiz, you can be sure we are matching the correct items rather than adding the wrong ones to the destination.

Super easy to use, I was a little misled thinking the transfer of my music could be done for free but a 5 dollar fee was very reasonable. All of my music was transferred within minutes to the new platform I am using. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Very straight forward for me
Very straight forward for me. Took a few attempts but does what it says. Holding on to my playlist from over a decade of compiling was the only thing sitting me from making the jump. All playlists, artists, track, and album lists transferred in an hours or so. Highly recommend!

This was such an easy app to use. All my playlists from Spotify transferred easily to Qubuz. I was surprised at how fast the transferring took place and they send you an email confirmation when it’s completed. I have been highly recommending to friends who are also leaving Spotify.
