Adam was great to deal with in getting our extended warranty setup on our new car. He was very knowledgeable & extremely easy to talk to. He answered all my questions & got us a fantastic rate on our coverage!

I only rated this company a 1 star because I can't give a negative star. My truck has been in the shop for almost 2 months now. I've been dealing with Ben and Adam Miller. Do not let the sway you or tell you otherwise. They will give you false hope. You will spend countless hours just trying to get a hold of them. The mechanic had told them that my truck needed a new engine. The adjuster they had sent out told them the same thing. They made me pay for a tear down so they can physically see what wrong with the issues even though it was already explained to them. It cost me over 5k which I had to pay out of pocket. They still weren't satisfied and sent out the adjuster again to have me tell the mechanic they want it torn down even further to see the piston and if it was damaged. I complied and they still denied my claim. I bought this insurance in good faith with the appropriate mileage that was in compliance with their policy but they still stated it was damaged from wear and tear. With the mileage on my vehicle they can easily say anything is damage from wear and tear! I will be reaching out to the Department of consumer affairs and an attorney! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Adam was responsive and easy to talk to. He explained all the details of the coverage and pricing very well and he took as much time as I needed to go over the program.

Every Time I call, I receive their Answering Service. I called to make a claim. I got the answering service. No call back.
Out of 6 calls to SOS all went to the Answering service and no return call over a 2 month period. Two months to get someone to look at my car and get approval to remove the Transmission. After being removed I am told it is not covered due to still being in the 30 day probation period. Why did they approve the removal then. $2,700 to have my original transmission put back together and I still have not been paid on the claim due to their mistake. This started in March 2024. I DO NOT RECOMEND.

Don’t get scammed. They don’t return calls when needing to place a claim. It’s just an endless circle of an answering service. Been waiting 2 weeks.

I would have given a 5-star rating overall if they had an app to file a claim and view my policy.

I had some rattling come from the front side of my car and they replaced my engine mounts the same day at my local Chevy dealership. Great experience so far, quick response times, and professional claims representatives.

The process for getting the extended warranty was very smooth and Sean took the time to answer my questions with great patience and understanding. It was overall a great experience.

Haven't yet had a claim but the purchase process went smoothly and the coverage seems solid.

Sean was knowledgeable took the time to answer all my questions. He out everything in writing and didn't mind waiting for me to discuss it with my partner. Pricing was great and coverage is the best I found for such.

This company is a joke. My transmission went out 6 months and 6,000 miles after purchasing a warranty. They are only willing to repair/replace 1 part totaling $1,400 of my $7,000 repair. Their customer service is terrible. A manager told me that if you threw a rod in your engine they would replace the rod, but not repair the engine.

I was referred to my contract stating “Consequential and/or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of time, lack of transportation as otherwise covered by the rental section, inconvenience, lost revenue, opportunity or other economic losses.”

How is this company in business with such bait and switch tactics? Seek a warranty elsewhere!

My husband passed in early July and I felt I needed to get auto protection immediately. I was very pleased with the coverage and the price and how quickly it was done. When I needed to make an adjustment on my policy, Adam took care of it quickly and pleasantly. I don't feel anxious anymore about possible car trouble.

Great experience for years! Due to me having to sell my vehicle, they transferred the policy for me to my new car at no cost since it was in the same class. I’ve had to use them a few times on a couple minor issues I’ve ran into with my jaguar and they paid the mechanics as they said they would the same day each time. I’ve already referred them to friends and family that I felt are in need of it. At the end of the day it’s definitely something you’d rather have and not need, than need it and not have it.
