On the heat: this was something we identified early on, which is why we developed the CoolCase, a cooling pillowcase now included by default with every Align Pillow order.

On neck pain: every body responds differently to cervical support, which is why we offer a 100-night sleep trial so customers can test the pillow risk-free at home.

On the refund: for hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used pillows — like most bedding brands, opened pillows cannot be resold or restocked.
As part of our standard return process, we offered a partial refund and let you keep the pillow, which you accepted at the time.
