Was very happy to find a replacement part for my tub lift and at, what I considered, a reasonable price. The part was posted quickly. It was just what I wanted. The people that I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and helpful.

We love our 2nd hand shower buddy tilt…
We love our 2nd hand shower buddy tilt chair. I’ve had to replace the tilt cable and shocks and both experiences have been great. They are very knowledgeable and take time to explain everything from how they work, how to remove and replace them through FaceTime.
My only recommendation & reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because of the price. These chairs are ridiculously expensive as is all handicap equipment. If a person is disabled and needs equipment for safety and improved quality of life but their only income is limited, it’s near impossible to afford the needed handicapped equipment.
Most times cost is what prevents a disabled person from getting what they need and ultimately that leads to more health problems. I would give 5 stars if cost was more affordable.

The ShowerGlyde saved us
Our ShowerGlyde was shipped quickly and the website video made it easy to assemble. I didn't know how I was going to get my brother in the shower when I could barely get him to stand and pivot. The curb on our shower floor was too much for him. This chair saved us!

For the 1st time on a 2nd chair, these guys rock the customer service and stand with their products! Not only did they cover the parts and shipping, it was Israel who found my order and quickly determined the parts are under warranty. They made it very easy with 1 phone call. High end shower transfer seat glyder
After receiving the package in a record time,Very easy to assemble together. The product is made of very high quality components and it's very solid structure unlike the competition,which is great for people need to rely on the stability of the structure to make transfers in and out of it. It's the highly functional with the glider and the rotation seat function. Highly recommend it!

We have previously bought a shower buddy with the slide in rails for the shower it works amazing . we needed a travel shower/ commode chair.
This chair is light easy to put together and take apart for travel. We also purchased a travel bag.

The product is unique and well designed. It allowed me to safely get my wife in and out of the shower without an extensive bathroom redesign. It connects and disconnects easily allowing me to move in and out of the shower area safely also.

I wish the four inch wheels lasted longer. In the three years we have owned and used it, we have had to replace three of the four wheels. Still love the roll in lite though.
