Order took a month to be delivered from an international company. Once received it was the wrong product from description. Decor was described as 30” height and I received a table top 9” size. I reached out to customer service via the Walmart app and they issued me a refund without any other explanation. It’s been an almost 4weeks and have yet to see a refund in my account.

Luosh masks are well-made and cost less than the Made in USA masks I had bought before. I ordered mine directly from the Luosh website and checkout was quick and easy. I have sensitivities. I was hoping that I wouldn't be sensitive to the materials. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to use the product. It seem to bother my facial skin as soon as I put it on. In about addition, it wasn't really soft like I thought the material was going to be.

My order arrived very quickly and the delivery updates were right on target.

I still think that the masks are really soft but I have encountered some problems with the mask now. Inspection is important before packaging and I have found some defective mask in the packaging. Please ensure that Inspection is done correctly, because at this point I'm the one loosing money. Please stay honest and you won't lose me as a client.
