The quality of the product and the timeliness of delivery

I ordered these contacts in a blue-ish shade for Valentine’s Day. My eyes fluctuate between a honey brown and darker brown. The quality was great, especially considering the price. A couple days before Valentine’s Day, the package still hadn’t arrived and I was getting anxious. I contacted Solitica via email and got a helpful response that same day! In the end, my contacts arrived on the date they were originally scheduled for at check out. (: I received compliments and were even told my eye color appeared natural. I will definitely use this brand again.

They are so quick to bill...but they do not inform that the order will easily take upto a month to reach here in USA!

thats what happened where i placed an order on the 15th Feb and finally after waiting for a week with no updates from Solotica, I wrote to them inquiring when I'd receive the lenses. I got a reply a day later saying it would take another 15 days to reach since the package was now with USPS!

Seriously! You are charging quite a bit for these lenses, and you can't Fedex them? They are knocking about for a month with Carriers?!!!

what I didn't like was the fact that they did not even inform me of such an extended timeline for delivery before billing me. There is 1 reviewer here, who said they received the order within 2 days from Dubai to Texas. So their delivery seems very unreliable and erratic.

Before placing your order, I would recommend inquiring about the time it takes to reach you and how they intend to ship it.

I would never consider purchasing contact lenses long distance if they were not being couriered directly to me.

I'm still trying to find a eye doctor to do my contact exam for solotica contacs brand. Nobody seems to know so I'm wondering how many have a prescription for fit.

For defects that are difficult to see in the attached photographs,
They were properly addressed.
I think they are a reliable shop.
If I find something I like again, I will repeat.

I absolutely love the quality of the contacts, the endless options to select from, and exception customer service. I have purchased 3 contacts to date and can’t wait to try new looks in this new year!

I ordered two pairs of Solotica colored contact lenses and I'm farsighted. The lenses are quite expensive so I paid almost $200. It also took a very long time for me to receive these lenses. When I received them, one of the lenses was stuck to the bottom of the vial and had dried up, hardened or thickened in a strange way. When I contacted customer service, I had to go through a series of procedures before they would ship out another one. They asked me to cut up the damaged lens and send a photo to them before they would ship out another one. Anyway, I had to wait another 2 weeks to receive it. It was a drag and I didn't feel like it was a smooth transaction. I don't want to wait two weeks before I can use the expensive lenses I've ordered.
Now as for the colors... let me tell you... DO NOT order ANY Solotica colored lenses if you have light brown and/or hazel eyes!! YOU WILL LOOK LIKE A ZOMBIE! These lenses don't look natural at all and the colors are terrible. Mind you I looked at a bunch of YouTube videos on various people trying on various colors and they looked fantastic, but what I received and tried on was absolutely horrid! They might look good if you have Black colored eyes or extremely dark brown eyes, but anything lighter than that, just don't get these! I regret spending so much money on these lenses that I just can't use. They are very fake looking. I have purchased very cheap lenses that looked amazingly natural. The Solotica market is just a hype and that's how they get away with it. Don't waste your money! I'd be happy to send picture of the lenses I've purchased to prove my point.
Lastly, I can't see well through these lenses either. They are very uncomfortable. Complete waste of money!

I have naturally blue eyes and wanted to change. The contact lenses are very good, but I wish there was a try before you buy where you can see if the contacts suit your natural eye colour. I bought a brown, which was lovely. I then bought the jade ( green) and I looked like an alien. I then thought I would try the topazio to enhance my natural eye colour and I looked like a white walker from game of thrones. At £85 a time this can get expensive and risky. Solotica definitely favour naturally brown eyed people as all the models have naturally brown eyes.
I am aware of the disclaimer when buying these contact lenses but please put naturally blue eyed models into the demonstration pictures too so that naturally light eyed people can have a clearer representation of the results they expect to receive.

They are very comfortable and packaged nicely. But results will vary… drastically, if your eye colour is lighter. It would be better if there was some way of trying before buying or maybe one free daily contact lenses with every purchase, in which you could choose what colour you would like to try next.

Kept updated via emails updating order status and ability to create an account to get tracking status on one’s own too. Pongo una estrella por escribir…pero realmente no se merece ninguna. ESTAFA TOTAL. Realicé pedido de lentes diarias Aquarella Cyan Blue, y me han enviado una LENTILLAS DE MALA CALIDAD…color horrible, nada que ver con los anuncios; calidad pésima, la pupila se desajusta de mi ojo impidiendo la visibilidad clara; incomodas de llevar, parece plástico que irrita el ojo y lo deja enrojecido y dolorido…va contra la SALUD PÚBLICA. Solicitaré la devolución del lote completo inclusive las probadas con resultados nefastos. Realmente decepcionante esta tienda, PONDRÉ DENUNCIA SI NO ME DEVUELVEN EL DINERO Y AUNQUE ME LO DEVUELVAN TAMBIÉN.

The ordering and response time after ordering was easy and swift. The time between then and delivery was a bit longer than I expected, but as far as the order had to come from I suppose should have not been a surprise. The product was very well packed and included a nice makeup bag that was a surprise.

Excited when my lenses arrived & really loved trying these on at Christmas. Thank you kindly Solotica especially the staff for lovely packaging of the contact lenses & amazing customer support service whilst waiting, Thank you to the staff at Solotica. Five stars.

My first experience with buying colored contact lenses from Solotica was 4 years ago. It was a good experience so I decided to order from them again. The first pair of lenses I bought years ago were Natural Colors Ocre. My eyes are naturally dark brown and I wanted a light golden honey color. The Natural Colors Ocre lenses are very pretty with the light golden brown color I wanted but they do have a dark limbal ring on them, which I didn't really like that much. Overall, I was happy with the lenses. They were comfortable in my eyes and they looked nice but I wanted to see what the Ocre color lenses would look like without the limbal ring.

That brings me to my most recent experience with ordering from Solotica. I recently ordered the Hidrocor Ocre lenses because they don't have the limbal ring and when I tried them on, I was shocked at how terrible they look on me. The Hidrocor Ocre looked like a neon glowing, extremely pale green color on my eyes, making me look like a zombie/lizard person lol. I let the company know that I was unhappy with my purchase and they offered to send me a replacement pair of my choice, I just had to pay for shipping, which wasn't expensive at all. The next pair I chose was the Hidrocor Avela, which I thought would be a shade darker than the Hidrocor Ocre but when I tried those on, they looked like a very light shade of green. I've never wanted green eyes, I prefer a light golden brown color, so I wasn't happy with the Avela.

Upon hearing that I wasn't happy with the Avela lenses, Solotica reached out to me and offered me another pair of replacement lenses in the color of my choice and they paid for shipping. I decided that Hidrocor lenses were not for me, they just don't look right on my dark eyes. I chose to get the Natural Colors Ocre lenses again, the ones with the limbal ring. They're a light golden brown color and they look nice with my dark complexion. Solotica provided excellent customer service to make sure I got the lenses that best suited me.

I ordered the wrong color lenses by mistake and Solotica’s team assisted me and helped me get the right color. Im very satisfied with their customer service and the quality of their lenses and how quick and efficient the whole process was

Pessimo acquisto! In più ordinate il 11 novembre e sono arrivate appena il 26…
Ne ho acquistato due paia…. Avendo visto tanta pubblicità …. Le ho prese con correzione ma nn ci vedevo niente addirittura doppio le sconsiglio e ho anche speso 40€ di speso doganali !!!
Pensavo di essere apposto 2 anni visto che ho acquistato le annuali invece non si possono portare nemmeno 2 min!!! Vergognatevi ora passerò per vie legali! 200€ buttanti nel cesso!!!
