I bought these coloured contact lenses from Solotica and they are honestly the best contacts I’ve ever tried. They look extremely natural, no one can tell I’m wearing contacts at all. The colour enhances my eyes beautifully and even makes my skin look softer, giving my overall look a more polished and beautiful finish. I’m absolutely in love and would 100% recommend them.

Esperienza pessima, sito assolutamente da evitare
Questo sito è una truffa mascherata da ottica. Mi hanno mandato una lente finta, di qualità ridicola, che fa male agli occhi come se avessi sabbia dentro. La signora dell’assistenza, oltre a essere estremamente scortese, mi ha perfino chiesto di tagliare la lente a metà e inviare la foto, come se stessi cercando di imbrogliare io Dopo questo teatrino, mi hanno fatto pagare 20 euro aggiuntivi tramite un link, e ora pretendono anche 18 euro di dogana, oltre a quello che avevo già speso.Una vergogna totale.
Un servizio clienti aggressivo, prodotti scadenti e richieste di soldi continue: questo sito non dovrebbe essere autorizzato a vendere in Italia.
Con tutti i negozi seri che abbiamo, è inaccettabile che esistano ancora realtà così poco trasparenti.
Sconsiglio vivamente. Da evitare senza pensarci due volte.

The product arrived in a reasonable amount of time, impeccably packaged, and when I asked about a slight delay in delivery, the website responded immediately. The lenses are beautiful, the color seen on the website, and extremely realistic!

This company is a major ripoff. They sent me 2 contacts that didn’t match. I emailed them and got a replacement twice paying for a replacement for the non matching contact and they charged me each time. They then kept saying the actual contacts they were sending me wasn’t theirs! I stupidly in the long run ended up spending over $220 to get them right but finally gave up. It was an expensive lesson. I’m warning u to beware and don’t get involved in their scam. I could go on and on with details but please stay clear of them! They will steal your money and you get nothing in return! Great communication excellent product

Super blurry vision with the annual lenses. I am sure of my prescription and power, my clear contacts from another brand are perfectly fine.
I forced myself to wear them for 30 minutes on a couple of occasions, and felt so dizzy and unwell due to them giving me blurry vision and feeling super uncomfortable on the eyes.
Such a shame as the colour looks nice, too bad you can’t actually wear them.

Great customer service, I received these contacts within a timely manner just in time for the event that they're needed for. They came very professionally wrapped. I was able to put them on within five minutes. They were comfortable to wear. Did not dry out. I will definitely order from solotica.com again. Their email communication was professional & quick responses.

Extremely Misleading and Uncomfortable – Feels Like a Scam

I spent $140 on the Solotica Hidrocor Ipanema lenses listed as “natural green” shades. What I received looks nothing like the photos — they’re way too light and bright, appearing almost aqua blue or white, not green at all. The effect is cartoonish, not subtle — more like a costume than a natural enhancement.

To make matters worse, the lenses are uncomfortable and irritate my eyes within minutes. For the price, I expected much higher quality and accurate color. The product description and photos are extremely misleading — these should not be advertised as “natural” or “green.”

After contacting Solotica, they demanded I pay an additional $30 for shipping to get replacement lenses that aren’t guaranteed to look any better. They also required me to cut the lenses in half and send a photo as proof — essentially destroying the product — and even after doing this, they still refused to refund me. They expect me to spend $170 total for replacements that may be just as inaccurate and uncomfortable.

Absolutely unacceptable. Misleading advertising, painful lenses, and terrible customer service. I do not recommend Solotica.

I loooove my lenses, i ordered from so many companies in the past 15 years, his one is the best! All my friends even questionned themselves about the real color of my eyes! I CANT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT IN MY TIKTOK LIVES! Im sharing the good news haha!

The lenses are beautiful, and fit comfortably. They arrived hygienically sealed and in a lovely makeup/toiletry bag, which included a lens case. A thoughtful and great way to actually show their appreciation for my purchase-so I’ve purchased two more times and each experience was the same.
