Would use again
Although entering the artwork was a bit challenging, the support was excellent when trying to get it submitted. The product came out well and it was received earlier than anticipated.

Ordered custom band merchandise and was met with poor print quality and incorrect sizes. Customer service was slow to respond and unaccommodating when it came to rectifying their mistakes. A frustrating experience that tarnished our promotional efforts.

The quality of the product was…Excellent
The quality of the product was excellent and the price very low, I would gladly have paid double that. The only suggestions I have on the labeling are there seem to be no light background colors, and I was only able to get labeling on one spine rather than both spines. The labeling and printing on the disc was fantastic and the cd sound was identical to what I submitted. Will use you again on my next cd.
