Why can I only give 5 stars?? That is not high enough! What a great company! If you need some vinyl, look no farther than Solid-Merch! Great staff, great product, and quicker than expected delivery!

Honestly astounded!
Honestly astounded. The tapes look great, sound wonderful and were delivered in a fraction of the time originally estimated. Great because they're for an important deadline for my label. Will definitely work with Solid-Merch for tape releases in the future!

Solid Merch did a solid job
Solid Merch did a solid job. I did a small pressing of 100 12" vinyl with a quick turnaround time. I do wish a test pressing could have been sent to me, though I knew it wasn't part of the deal I paid for. I just mention it because I was pretty nervous there would be a problem with the pressing and I would be stuck with it.

I'm very happy with my 50 CD run. Most places won't even do something that small. The price was just fine for what I needed and everything came out better than I had hoped. Will definitely use again.

The final product I received is not…
The final product I received is not what I agreed with. I even paid extra to have someone review the packaging. The color of the front and back cover do not match the cd, therefore it is not to my specifications. I submitted formatted artwork to your specifications, including an eight page booklet with pictures and lyrics, just for your company to completely change the color of the entire album. This is supposed to be a commercial release for my band, now we are stuck with 100 cd's that are not what I agreed with.

We're sorry to hear that there was a color shift issue with your recent CD order! It appears the artwork files we received for your order were in RGB format which is likely the reason for that shift. As stated on our templates and during the ordering process, we do require CMYK artwork files for all print orders.
