As always solid merch has exceeded our expectations! Everyone at rotten princess records loves this company!

I love working with Solid Merch. The website is great for answering questions. The updates via email and the website are great. Better than my experiences with our service providers. The one thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review is that the graphics on two of my tshirt orders have been printed crooked on shirt. It's a minor detail, but one I can't control because once I sign off on the pdf proof, then it's in Solid Merch's hands to deliver quality results.

This is my second time ordering this album. Last time I just had the sleeves this time I chose to pay extra for shrink wrap. I was hoping the shrink wrap would have the records inside the covers because fans can’t see the back of the record. If I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have done it. I find myself having to open them just for people to see the track listing.

I want to make sure your team knows what a great job you did with this order. It got here 5 days earlier than the deadline.

Great work by the team at Solid Merch on our most recent 12" vinyl release. The DMM mastering was flawless and the vinyl is dead quiet. The sleeve and insert look fantastic, too. The albums also were well packed and arrived several weeks ahead of schedule. Overall, we couldn't be happier!
