Solid Merch and the team was above and beyond amazing with the process in ordering Vinyl! A good amount of back and forth discussions going over details and they were always super helpful. Quick responses through phone calls and emails always. I was new to all this so it felt so great to have help from the whole team to get our product done correctly! These guys have knocked it out of the park on 2 of my band's small-run 12" LP records. The quality from the Czech Republic plant they used has been fantastic all the way around, and the overall process was very quick. Will likely be coming back!

Questions were answered quickly and accurately. Product quality was excellent. Their pricing was the best we found, after getting multiple quotes from other vinyl record suppliers.

The sales team and representatives helped me so much along the way. The product (100 LP's) came out perfectly and looked great! Would use Solid Merch again.

Solid Merch did a solid job on our vinyls. They’re very detailed in their requirements which, while making it a little more difficult to submit files etc, does lead to a better project. Overall, we’re very happy with the final outcome and would recommend Solid Merch.

This was the first time I've done this and I had NO IDEA what I was doing.
I was able to get a person on the phone- Rachel- and she walked me through everything. And every time something else came up I was able to get Rachel on the phone again. I was amazed with how smooth everything went. And our records are BEAUTIFUL 😍 💚!!! THE artwork is perfect, the green 180g vinyl is perfect. Even the price was great. I'm already looking for the next band so we get another album made.

I just completed my second project through Solid-Merch. I came back because I was happy with the tape and vinyl project I did 2021. This time I made an LP, CD and cassette.

If I were just rating for service, I would give Solid-Merch 5 stars. They are attentive to questions and helpful in sorting things out. For example, during this last order I found a typo after I had approved the artwork. They worked with the vendor to resubmit it without extra charge or delay.

The reason for 3 stars is due to some quality concerns with the manufactures this project was outsourced too. For the cassette, the O-card was not aligned well, despite following the template.

For the CD, I did a six-panel wallet, again with the template and there was confusion about where the front panel should be on it. In the end the back of the wallet was printed with the front artwork. Since it's a 6-panel this is forgivable because it can still be presented but just opens on the left side instead of the right. Also, the very first CD I played had a half second of another track beginning track 1. Thankfully the other random ones I checked did not.

My biggest complaint is with the vinyl. I bought the gig package which doesn't have a test pressing. That is a risk, so any issue I had could not be remedied. Again, that is on me. But I did have high hopes for the quality since I have worked with them before.

The vinyls are inconsistent. I have one that skips. They are too quiet so the need sound is prominent in quieter parts. The "anti-static" bags cause static. Every record has needed to be cleaned with a brush to remove the static and the paper trims from the vinyl cover. Finally, the poly sleeves are cloudy and make the artwork dull. I just bought new poly sleeves on my own and replaced them all for a better presentation.

For all of that Solid-Merch gets two stars. Average it with the service and we get to 3.5.

Solid Merch did a great job with my CD presentation and production. The communication throughout the process was very helpful. Definitely recommend their services to anybody who wants to get their project packaged professionally.

Highly recommend. I ordered a batch of 500 CD's in Digipak form and they came out amazing. Aside from the product quality, I was blown away by Solid-Merch's customer service. We hit a little speedbump during the process of this project, but it was a blessing in disguise because Solid-Merch has earned my trust as a result of the solution they provided to the challenge we faced. I will continue to order projects from Solid-Merch in the future and I recommend you give them a try if you're thinking about it. Top notch, world class customer service. Look no further! Great company, easy interface to upload muisc and artwork. Super fast turnaround time, staff was responsive to any questions and would respond at the latest, the next day. Product looked top notch, I will use them again, and recommend to other musicians.

Solid Merch did an excellent job! It took a little longer than projected which stretched my commitments to customers, but they were very understanding and credited some $$ back to me! No cracked cases or discolored printing. I thought the printing quality could be a bit better, but overall I would definitely recommend! Thanks again, SM!

great support and great end result. I used Solid Merch for CDs and vinyl of my latest EP. I'm very happy with the results, The printing of the jackets/cases is spot on and the audio quality was perfect. I was a little concerned with not getting a test resting, but I trusted my engineer to master it correctly and it came out great. I highly recommend Solid Merch, just make sure you send them high quality audio and images to get the best result, they will faithfully reproduce what you give them.

Vinyl came with the exact specifications outlined in the template. All the text and images were clear with the same quality as the digital template. The sound is great with no warping on the vinyl. This was my first time having any vinyl pressed (100 copies) and I will definitely be ordering from Solid-Merch again!

Records came out fantastic and the whole process is super easy. Impressed with the fast turn around times too. As always, thank you!
