Exemplary service and great communication. Delivered ahead of schedule, as a matter of fact! I make a lot of records and can’t recommend Solid Merch highly enough. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

I love working with the team at Solid Merch. For example, there was a misprint (my fault) in my CD booklet that I discovered after manufacture, and we worked together to come up with an amazingly cost effective solution that salvaged the first pressing. More recently, when it came time to press a new batch of CD's they still had my data on their servers and turned around the re-order very quickly.

This was my seventh project with Solid-Merch (two vinyls and now five CDs). The current batch of CDs turned out exactly as I had hoped. Printing, on both the jackets and the discs themselves, is perfect. The colors are right, and the finish looks and feels high quality. The disc I tested played without any issues.

I am thrilled that Solid-Merch is still offering replicated discs in such a low quantity (200). I always go with replication rather than duplication, but most - if not all - other manufacturers are requiring a minimum order of 500 to 1,000 units before offering this higher-quality production method. Thank you, Solid-Merch, for giving the small indie musician a chance to offer a top-quality CD.

Customer service is TOP RATE!! Site is fairly easy to navigate….Prices are the best I’ve found. But then I got the product and realized why the prices are so good. The product is really low quality. The paper used is really thin, the cd is even flimsy, the printing is low quality… so you definitely get what you are paying for.

My band wanted a low-run of LPs made. The package didn't include Test Presses, which we wanted. The SM folks cobbled together some type of a-la-carte way to making two order and then canceling one in order to handle the request.

The process was complicated. The Dashboard ws rarely updated. The payment process never worked. This lead to us uploading artwork a few times—which inevitable lead to errors. Now we have an LP missing bits of artwork.

Not a great process at all.

Would not recommend.

I had a couple of issues with my insert (my fault). They reached out to me by email and phone to help me fix the issues. They warned me that the issues might cause a delay in shipping, but my package still arrived on time.

Customer service was great. The CDs look and sound great.

I will definitely be using them again.

The product itself is beautifully pressed. The sound is so smooth. The printing of the artwork looks fantastic, thanks to William who went backwards and forwards with me on it until I finally got it all to fit. They were easy peasy to work with and HUMAN and personal and I highly highly recommend.

My order shipped out almost 2 weeks earlier than expected, the customer service was top notch and Carlito was AMAZING! We didn’t order the digital download cards but we were pleasantly surprised to see them added to our order. The initial order was for 55 pieces, we are going to double our order next time. This is the 3rd LP we've done with Solid Merch and they've nailed it each time!! They are always helpful, responsive and accurate with questions and issues we've had.
