This company installed 2 new inverters into my existing free standing 10 kW solar system. So that I could monitor the system with their recommended Fox Cloud app on my mobile phone they fitted a push-in USB network dongle which regretfully from day one irregularly picked up a mobile signal so I hardly ever got a true reading from both inverters. After about 7 months both dongles ceased picking up any signals at all making it impossible to see how my system was working. I rang them having explained exactly what my problem was and they sent another engineer. Their engineer fitted 2 further mobile signal dongles which also did not pick up any mobile signal. I told the engineer I had a wireless system which could reach the solar system and inverters. Luckily enough the engineer has just 2 wireless dongles in his van and fitted them and after a bit of fettling got both dongles working successfully.

From start to finish they were prompt, professional and polite.

They managed to send someone out very quickly, diagnosed the issues and made it safe.
Another person came out the following week to complete the work with the ordered parts and completed everything quickly.

Very impressed with the service received from Mo. He arrived on time, was very personable and resolved our issue really quickly. I liked that he carried all parts except solar panels, so we didn't have to book in a further visit to replace the inverter. We were offered the 10 year maintenance plan, but were pleased he was not at all pushy about this.

From start to finish, the service and communication was first class. Swift responses, timely texts and emails to keep us up to date, and a swift and seamless payment system. It's clear they have a really polished back office customer management system. They fixed our completely knackered solar system and installed a replacement invertor as ours was over 15 years old and not working properly, and we are up and running again properly for the first time in ages. Dan, our repair engineer, was quick, efficient, cheerful and superbly helpful. Really would recommend these guys.

Initial review and testing of the inverter to diagnose the need for a replacement. Ordering and installation date was then confirmed on the initial visit. Installation was a 20min visit and the system is now up and running with an app monitoring output. Quick and professional service start to finish !!

My elderly mother has a solar panel system that needed repairing. I knew nothing about this subject.
The person who came out to give the quote for work was excellent. Everything was explained clearly in a way i could understand.
The company kept in contact well with dates and communication was excellent.
Lastly, the engineer who came out was called Louis. He was brilliant and a really credit to the business. He had all the patience in the world, had a lovely manner and way about him. Even though it was getting very late in the day by the time he finished he never gave the impression he was rushing to leave. He explained everything really nicely to my mum.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.
