The folks who came over to assess our issue and give us a solution not only did that but also explained the ins and outs of the system and the tariff bands etc which for first time solar users was incredibly useful. Very useful and informative conversation about how to upgrade my system followed by being kept informed about my installation, including answers to my questions. Louise, the installation guy was really good, courteous and totally took account of my wishes re placement of inverter, battery and wiring with space for the addition of an extra battery in the future. Also explained how the system operated and helped me with the app. I would recommend this company.
