SolarFrame Anmeldelser

Everything from start to finish was great. The sales guy gave us a quote during the visit, once we pressed the button the team swung into action and took care of everything.

Really pleased with the service and the end result.

A very professional company, all the people that dealt with my conservatory roof were always very pleasant and the workmanship was very good, the quality of the materials used also looked to be of a high standard.

Fabulous service as always - second time I’ve used Solarframe and I’m really impressed.

Buying a garden studio seemed a daunting task, but Solarframe made it so easy. From the first contact to the final finish, I can't praise them enough .
Our coordinator, Connor, kept us in updated regularly on the progress, and was a pleasure to deal with.
All the work was done promptly and to a high standard of quality.
I would highly recommend this company.

Good quality materials and professional project management and fitting staff.

From the very first phone call asking for a quote the customer service was100%. All staff who we came into contact with were brilliant . Saj, Richard and Steff, and also Connor the liaison officer to mention a few. The fitting of windows and door were done with precision and no mess. Well done SolarFrame and thank you .

We shopped about to get new windows and doors and thought we would pay the extra and try this company as they was the most expensive. Anyway got measured up and got the order in come installation day the main lounge window was to big and they got a saw out to it.. Every year since we have had to have each and everyone of the window handles replaced as we haven’t been able to open them at some point. 6 years in and th front door we discovered they hadn’t fitted the weather board correctly was done further enough and hadn’t drilled holes properly for the drainage and water was coming into the house ended up with mould everywhere. 10 year’s warranty is a joke they didn’t put any air vents the windows either when I questioned it thy said it’s not the law to do that!! Even though most companies have them… Avoid them like the plague…

Work completed in a timely manner. Very clean and tidy work and polite tradesmen.

Once I made contact seems moved in a proper manner. Door is really good, pricely is I said so however, no complaint so far.

We have had a large side extension planned and built by Solarframe. We felt SolarFrames were the company that could deliver our build after visiting both the Kirkstall and Rotherham show sites. Both sites have a lovely range of conservatories, windows and doors that allow you to see the finished products. Everyone from SolarFrame was attentive and knowledgeable which gave us confidence to go ahead as it was a big investment on our part. The designer visited us at home and helped us visualise the project and from then on we had regular updates and timeframes. The planning process was taken care of and all went smoothly. The design of the build and the quality of the windows and brickwork is excellent. We see many admiring glances as they walk by the house so we would definitely recommend SolarFrames to others.

Great service from Solar Frames
Very helpful team
Fitters arrived at specified time and were very competent
Very pleased with the results

Really impressed with SolarFrame - excellent communication from the start, work was carried out when we were told it would be (there were a couple of slight changes but these were communicated & agreed by us) and our conservatory has been fitted to a high standard. There was a slight issue with the electrics, however this was quickly sorted by the electricians.
Shout out to fitters Adam & Connor, electrician Ryan, plasterer Carl and of course to our co-ordinator Kat. Thanks everyone!

Very quick and efficient service with no mess.

SolarFrame replaced our old polycarbonate conservatory with a new modern one, and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. From the start, the team were professional, informative, and never pushy - they really listened to what we wanted and helped us understand all the options.

The installation was carried out to a high standard, and Connor checked in with us regularly to answer any questions and make sure we were happy at every stage.

We love how modern the new conservatory looks, and we’ve already had compliments from the neighbours. It’s completely transformed the space into an all‑weather, usable room - it feels much more like a proper extension now.

We’re really pleased with both the service and the final result, and we would definitely recommend SolarFrame.

It is so good to have a Proper Professional job done in this day and age.Right from seeing Rob and Darren everything went like clockwork and was well coordinated by Kat.
Andy and Karl the fitters were very efficient and always helpful.Ryan, Terry and Andrew were all professional. Everyone was on the time that we were given so there wasn’t any waiting around and all of them cleared up after their respective jobs.We would recommend Solarframe to anyone having any type of work done. My old polycarbonate roof had started leaking so we called into the Solarframe showroom for a look around.

First impressions were that a solid roof would solve all our problems with leaks and that the room would become a usable space again rather than being a dumping ground come laundry room.

From booking an appointment to completion everything has been seamless. Kat was the coordinator of this project and has made sure we were kept informed of all aspects of the build.

Firstly Adam came to isolate the electrics, before the fitters Nick and Alex arrived on the following Monday morning, bright and early. These 2 guys are grafters, they had the old roof off within an hour and worked quickly to get the new roof in place as they were aware that some inclement weather conditions were coming. Second day they finished their part of the job, fitting the tiles, soffits and guttering.

Adam then returned to run the cables he would need to fit the lights, before leaving again to allow the plasterer to start work on Wednesday morning.

Daz is a brilliant plasterer, he put sheets up to stop any dust from getting into other rooms and has done a first class job of the ceiling. He even got down on his hands and knees to clean the floor, only leaving when he was sure I was happy with his work, and gave me all the advice I needed about allowing the plaster to dry.

Finally after 3 or 4 days when the plaster had fully dried, Adam came back to fit the LED’s and he was swiftly followed by Terry who seals round the edges and cleaned everything down.

All in all, I have found Solarframe to be a highly efficient company, where nothing seems to be too much trouble. Any queries have been answered, all deliveries have been made on time and all the tradesmen and Kat have given a first class service in providing us with our new roof. We are highly delighted with it and can’t wait to get it decorated so it can be put to use.

Solar Frame transformed our 34 year old wooden conservatory, we are delighted with our new garden room! The installation team were excellent, we were extremely impressed by their attention to detail, finish to the roof etc. Everyone was polite, friendly and hardworking!
We can now enjoy our bright, insulated, modern space completed in time for Spring & Summer.

Excellent staff. Considering the really awful weather they performed superbly.

Let’s face it, no one WANTS to have to buy windows and doors, but the staff I dealt with at SolarFrame, from the original sales staff, surveyors, support staff and fitters were all spot on. There were a couple of minor hiccups through the process, but these were all dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The price was reasonable, not the cheapest, but I seem to have received good service and products.
I would happily use them again and recommend them to others

Solar frame were fantastic, reliable, everything and everyone turned up when they were supposed to.
They were £5000 cheaper than the nearest quote. Julia salmon was our coordinater and she was brilliant and always there if you needed her .
