Super Quality
I have used Coral before for replacement doors and windows always been excellent. I moved house and needed new windows, consultation went well but major problem signing contract due to missed appointments.
Having telephoned twice and got nowhere i was relieved to speak to Priya Sandhu on the third attempt at solving the problem. Within 5 minutes of ending our conversation a digital contract had been forwarded for me to sign and within 3 days the surveyor had been, resulting in an installation date within 7 days! Priya understood my frustration of waiting to sign and emphasised tgat she would be available if I had any further problems or issues

What can I say, absolutely wonderful service from start to finish, which was in less than 3 weeks! Charles was great when doing his sales (I loved his Loake’s), Priya was a great help when striking a deal and very down to earth and professional 5*. Steve surveyor again was great and very knowledgeable and the fitters smashed the job off in one day.
Really happy with the service Coral provided throughout and the quality is great. Would definitely recommend. Don’t be afraid to negotiate 😁

Quick to come and quote. Promised to fulfill recommendation payment, confirmed on paperwork.
Actual work done to our satisfaction, and we have paid in full.
However they have not followed through with the recommendation payment, this is despite me sending them 2 emails.
Make a promise, confirm in writing, then stick to it.
Who knows how long this will take to resolve. How many more emails will it take? This should be an automatic process.

From visiting the showroom to having…
From visiting the showroom to having the windows fitted took just three weeks , from the showroom asssistant , the person who came out and sold us the windows and doors to the people who fitted them ,all were very helpful and friendly ,in particular the fitters who took just two days to fit six windows ,French doors and two external doors they had to travel two hours each way to where we live .They are not the cheapest but well worth the money as they have updated our property and made it more energy efficient.

Excellent service and the work carried out by Coral has been just amazing. The quality of the solar conservatory is outstanding. Keeps the temperature very stable even in cold days, just beautiful. We had a fantastic experience with Coral Windows from start to finish.
We visited the showroom initially to look at the different options available and were really impressed with the choice and quality on display. From there, the salesman who visited our home was professional, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.
We decided to have flush sash windows in matt black, a new front porch with a composite door, and an orangery built to the rear of the property. We’re extremely pleased with the finished result.
The installation was carried out to a very high standard and the whole team were professional, tidy and respectful throughout. Everything was well organised and the workmanship has been excellent.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Coral Windows, from our first showroom visit right through to the completed installation.
We would definitely recommend Coral Windows to family and friends.
