From start to finish we were kept informed as an when tradesmen were coming and to do what by Julia salmon Alan and liam did a fantastic job putting new frames and a new conservatory roof for us as did the plasterer and electrician couldn't be more happier thanks solar frame

Ordering was straightforward and we were given a date for installation. On the day the 2 guys worked hard and all 4 windows and door fitted in one day. They returned the next day to finish the rendering. The windows and door certainly feel solid.

Excellent & friendly service from the initial enquiry to the finished installation. Having a showroom where we could see the quality of the products & different styles was much appreciated. The fitters worked diligently & finished a day earlier than expected. We had a small problem with 2 windows missing the trickle vents but this was resolved quickly.

Everyone showed up on time. Great aftercare also. Would recommend to a friend

What We Wanted Was Good Quality Windows And After Looking Around For Quite A While, We Decided On SolarFrame. Not The Cheapest Around But One Of The Best. Right From The Start Everyone Concerned With The Company Was Polite And Professional. The Installers Were Super Friendly And The Quality Of Their Work Was Outstanding. All In All We Are Extremely Satisfied With Everything And Our New Windows Look Fantastic. Would Definitely Use This Company Again.

The process from requesting an inspection and quote through to the fitting was simple and stress free. Everyone turned up when they should, caused minimum disruption to my working from home and when it came to the fitting day Lee and Brad worked quickly and efficiently and even showed me extra features on my windows before they left. All the mess was taken away with them too!

I’d highly recommend Solar Frame. We recently had all our windows and doors replaced by them, and from start to finish the service was excellent.

A big thank you to Gareth in sales, who was friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. Stuart, the surveyor, was thorough and professional, ensuring everything was measured correctly. Kat, the project manager, kept us informed throughout the process and was always helpful and responsive.

Special mention also goes to the fitters, Kris and Malc. They were punctual, hardworking, courteous and took real pride in their work. The quality of the installation and workmanship is excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy each day.

As with any large home improvement project, there were a few hiccups along the way, but what really stood out was how quickly and professionally any problems were dealt with. Nothing was ignored, and the team worked hard to make sure everything was put right.

We’re delighted with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Solar Frame to anyone looking for quality products backed by excellent customer service. A well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic job from the SolarFrame guys from start to finish!!!...from the initial sale from Saj, the project contact Connor, the surveyor Stuart and a special shout out to the fitters John and Perry who worked tirelessly to get the job finished on time and getting our windows and doors looking amazing.

We are highly delighted with the work done on replacing a conservatory frame and fitting it with a roof. The lads that worked on it ( Connor & Adam) worked none stop from start to finish and the quality of work is first class. They were very pleasant young men too. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending SolarFrame. Joan & Keith Moody

We had a great experience, lovely people. They completed 14 windows and 2 doors in just 4 days! Left no mess, cleaned up every time. The windows look lovely, we couldn’t have asked for a better job!

We had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Personal highlights include the quality of the finish of the product and the skill and craft with key attention to detail especially from the wonderful joiners Stef and Richard. Worth the money as the end product is pure quality.
Thank again to everybody involved.
Cheers.

We highly recommend SOLARFRAME having done doing such a great job !

Solarframes under job number 11935 replaced our old polycarbonate roof for a brand new one with a skylight panel. This included the back doors. It’s absolutely fantastic and I’m so happy with the workmanship and they kept to the schedule which was great. This was a very large conservatory and complex roof but seemed no issue for the company. With the recent heatwave I can confirm that it is so much cooler than it ever was in the summer. No longer do we need to keep our internal doors closed to keep out the heat it used to generate. All the fitters and contractors were fantastic and the project manager Kat kept me informed throughout. Had a phone call everyday to say what to expect next and ensure I was happy. 100% recommend the company and changing that old roof for the new type.

Solar frame are not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service. Totally professional and first class installers and even a couple of snags were dealt with easily and headache free. Cant recommend them enough.

Came on time, on agreed date and did a great job. Thanks Malcolm and Kris.
Exactly what we expected with a company with their reputation.
Well coordinated by Kat.

Amazing service and SolarFrame team, pulled out all the stops to help me. Windows look great inside and out. Installation went smoothly and quickly thanks to Malcolm and Kris, great that all rubbish was removed. I would highly recommend SolarFrame

We contracted SolarFrame to build an extension running the length of our house (job 11435) and are very pleased with every aspect of the project. Communication was clear, all contractors were friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing. The work itself was top notch. We are very happy with the work and would definitely recommend SolarFrame

Very efficient and reliable service with friendly office staff and fitters alike. Would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

A great professional service from sales through to installation and support. I never felt under pressure and was offered sensible quotes right from the start of the process.
The installation fully met my needs in terms of timing and efficiency. The final product is high quality and skillfully fitted. Thank you for a stress free process. Job 11919
