I've had my fan/light for 2 years now and have loved it. It's simple, has a remote with all the features I would want and no extra useless ones.
The light has burn out but Sofucorfan customer service has been amazing at getting me replacements and when I ordered the wrong one once, they were super helpful in getting me a refund very quickly.
I really, REALLY appreciate that the customer service is real people that care and actually answer your questions. There's not a complicated form or whatever crazy process others use - you can just contact customer service, describe the issue or question, and get a real response very quickly.

Sufucor Fan is a fantastic company with a superb customer service base! The fans are beautiful, quiet and powerful!
They have gone above and beyond helping me when I broke the remote for my fan. Sent me a new remote on their dime in a few days after contacting them. I can’t say enough great things about their kindness and attention to their customers. I have never had such a pleasant experience!!!

I recently had a problem with my fan/light not working. We have several Sofucor fans and LOVE them. An email to their Customer Service brought immediate help which included some parts shipped to me and helpful videos. I was able to fix the problem and the unit is working perfectly now. This company makes a fabulous product and their Customer Service team is the best I have ever dealt with--in any company. I highly recommend this company in all ways. I am so pleased with this outcome.

I’ve had my fan for a year now and it operates lovely it’s been a great addition to my outdoor patio! A major windstorm blew away the light cover and Sofucorfan was able to help me replace this with ease! New light cover in less than a week. Amazing customer service!

Honestly would give more stars if I could. This is the most helpful customer service I have ever experienced. We had a light on two of the fans that we bought that we couldn't get to stay the color we wanted and they sent brand new head units for both the fans. Their product is also great and was very easy to assemble.

Highly recommend, terrific support and an amazing product. The fans have multiple settings allowing for precise airflow and the lights are dimmable.

About a fan/light almost a year ago, but one of the settings to the light did not work. I contacted Sofucofan and together we were able to diagnose the problems. They further responded back quickly sending me a new light unit which fixed the problem. The new unit included tracking information as well. Problem solved. Great customer service.

Shopped extensively for ceiling fans for my family room. Settled on a pair of fans from Sofucorfan. Decision was based on value and features. Received the units and installed them and was delighted with the quality, packaging, and clarity of the instructions. The units are extremely quiet, yet powerful. During installation I unfortunately damaged one of the units. I reached out to Sofucorfan customer service. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful and understanding. So to summarize: superior products, excellent value, and great customer service.
