Wow! A company that still has real customer service and support. We bought three fans and are very happy with the quality and ease of installation. Needed a special part for a longer down rod and they were able to assist me with that as well. Very pleased. Thank you.

I have FINALLY found a quiet fan!!! Seriously. I’m used to hunter and Hampton bay fans. I scoured reviews from numerous sources and decided on a sofucorfan and we have now bought 2 more. They are quiet, modern, and easy to install and we love the remote. Thank you!!

Our Sofucor fan arrived promptly, was well packed, and in good condition. We had no issues with assembly or installation thanks to the clear instructions. The fan is very quiet and works great. We are very happy with the purchase.

These fixtures are blend very well with our large living/dining great room. They were easy to install and operate. We like the ease of operation and ability to change the lighting.

Purchased two Sofucor 52 Inch Smart Modern Ceiling Fans in black off of Amazon. No issues with setting up or pairing the receivers. They're deathly silent, which is great for my wife, who is a light sleeper.

Thought we lost our remote. Purchased a replacement, but found the previous one by the time it arrived. Customer service was great setting up the refund without a hassle. Highly recommend the fan and this company.

Excellent customer service! I recently received a ceiling fan made by this company. The only problem was that it was replacing a 30 year old fan that extended three feet from a vaulted ceiling. I contacted them and they were able to send a 3 foot wire harness pack. Now I am able install. Thank you very much for your help! The fan is wonderful.

They were prompt with sending a replacement receiver and remote out. My fan is good as new!

purchased the fan from the Home Depot and when installed there was an issue with the receiver not picking up the remote. i reached out to the customer service and they were super helpful to get it taken care of and send another one out. it was a great experience and they were super helpful.

I lost my remote to my ceiling fan and after contacting Sofucorfan, they agreed to send me a replacement at no charge.
I like the fan and the light options. I'd rather it have a bit softer light option as it is quite bright.
I do love that you can change the direction of the fan with the remote as well as the speeds.

I reached out to customer service for a special request on several fans that I purchased. I wasn’t sure that they could help me, but they responded quickly and offered to send what I was looking for. I’m so glad that I ordered directly from them rather than going through my local big box store! Pretty amazing service!

If I could give them a ten star grade. I would. From my first reaching out about the remote not pairing with fan ( it suddenly died): they were exceptionally helpful and bottom line: despite having no identifying data of purchase and fan type…with a picture of fan and remote,…they identified fan and will send a free remote. I wish other companies would be have as responsive and helpful…SofucorFan should teach customer service classes. We will NEVER buy or recommend any fan other than SofucorFan!!!

Our fan is awesome, but for some reason, the remote control receiver goes out about once every 6-8 months. Each time I have reached out to Sufucorfan customer service to get a remedy, they have shipped me a new receiver and I have received it in days! That's amazing considering the Texas heat we are experiencing. I appreciate you, Noa!

I purchased 5 ceiling fans for a remodel of our house in Hawaii. They have functioned perfectly for the last few years since installation, which is very impressive for our hot and humid weather and considering how often we use them. One of our fan remotes just stopped working properly so Sofucor is sending us a new one free of charge. Mahalo to them for excellent customer service and products!
