I loved my fan from first look on the website and once installed I was not disappointed. The price was fantastic and much cheaper than similar fans with the same aesthetic. I recommended this company to my daughter and she purchased 3 of their fan/lights for her home.
I had a recurring problem with the light part flickering and never knowing when it was on or off. Finally it stayed off for good. I wrote the company and even though my fixture was out of warranty they offered to replace the light bulb for free.

Bought my 52 inch sofucor fan from a store just to find out it was missing the led light and the light housing but I've contacted customer support and they have been helpful and are aranging the replacement parts to be sent to me. But so far with the fan it's is quiet and works great.

Received the fan [with led lights]; installed the fan with help from u-tube instructions. Fan and lights worked perfect for 7 days then stopped working. Checked all electrical connections they are good. Contacted sofucor today to ask about a refund. Waiting for a response

I bought a fan which is absolutely gorgeous. It’s contemporary and sleek and the style is timeless. 6 speeds make it a please to deal with and most importantly it is totally silent when on. I needed a special mount for a slanted ceiling and customer service is excellent. They did guide me through the journey annd when we realized we needed the mount it was sent ASAP. They also respond to emails almost immediately and are helpful and courteous.
I would most certainly purchase anything from this company again.

I purchased fan#SP-1326 for $200 which was a very affordable price for such a good looking fan with wonderful features. Shipping was very fast and the unit arrived well packaged with no issues. Unit was easy to install and works perfectly. I love the wave design blades and it is very quiet. It does not disturb our sleep at all. Customer service was very helpful and responsive to my needs.

We love our 60” Sofucor ceiling fan! We received the beautiful Modern Smart ABS 3-blade model with light in brushed nickel/burly wood. It goes perfectly with our decor in our new home. It is so quiet & powerful, looks like real wood. Noa has been great to work with. We have other Sofucor fans & they are all fantastic.

We have greatly appreciated our fan for a years now; everyone always compliments the wooden blades an minimalist designs. The only problem that we have had is that my toddler lost the remote! That said, after contacting the company, they were so helpful in getting me a replacement! I had never heard of this brand before purchasing this fan, but they proven themselves to be more attentive and helpful than the big guys. I will definitely be recommending that my friends and family buy from here in the future!

I did a lot of research on what I wanted for a ceiling fan in my vaulted great room. Since it was open to all of the main living spaces I wanted it to be a showstopper, yet go well with all of the adjoining areas. I chose the 60-in indoor/outdoor, modern solid white wood ceiling fan with remote control, blade finish beige. (No light) Model # HT 6004-WH-YM. I get compliments from almost every person who comes to our house! Our ceiling is white nickel gap, walls are Benjamin Moore Jute, floor is light oak, cabinets are medium white oak.
I also have the 48-in LED indoor/ outdoor wood black ceiling fan with light and remote control Model # HT48K006-BK in our guest bedroom which I love also. Both fans have three blades that are wood and shaped like airplane propellers. Fan is very quiet. DC motor and remote control works well. Customer service was very helpful as to whether I needed a longer rod (I didn't!). A phone call and emails were very polite and responsive .
I recommend Sofucor to anyone looking for a beautiful quality fan.

I ordered the incorrect replacement remote for my fan model but their customer service sent me the correct remote. Great service.

We ordered two fans for our patio. The fans are beautiful and elegant. Unfortunately, the puppy chewed up one of the remote controls on the very first day the fans were installed! I contacted Sofucor customer support and they promptly sent a new remote for free! I appreciate the follow up customer service very much.

My order was promptly processed and shipped. Although, the replacement light did not fix my problem, customer service responded in a timely manner to my request for a refund, and it is already in process. Thank you.

We ordered a fan from Sofucor. When it arrived it showed on the box a fan with LED lighting. It turns out the carton was mislabeled and contained a fan without the light. After informing the customer service department of their mistake they chose to send us a new fan with the LED lighting and did not require return for the other fan. Noa who works in the customer service department was extremely responsive. We just received the new fan in the mail but haven't installed it yet.
I had ordered from Sofucor in the first place because I read about the excellent customer service they provide should there be a problem. I can only support that and will give it a five star rating.

This fan was a game changer for my back porch! It's lovely and works extremely well for my space. I LOVE it! Also, the customer service is EXCELLENT - truly one of the best I have ever experienced. I HIGHLY recommend this fan.... buy it and enjoy!

After buying Sofucor smart fan, I needed help with the longer down-rod. Sofucor support team really helped via chat and then on the call to make right purchase. The shipment received as they mentioned on their website. They continuously stayed in touch to check if everything is ok with the installation. I loved their fan as well as chstomer service. I highly recommend them to buy their products.

My remote died for the outdoor ceiling fan. I contacted Socufor with little confidence for a replacement. They responded within 18 hours with instructions that were crystal clear. One week later my replacement arrived.

Living in a remote area we do much of our purchasing online and are familiar with customer service or its absence.

I had an issue with my fan not working properly after installation. My interactions with customer support was primarily via email, but they were responsive in replying within 24 hours. Ultimately they sent me new controller and remote which arrived quickly and resolved my issue. I appreciate the support from Noa and have already purchased another Sofucor fan for another room.
