This is a beautiful and extremely quiet ceiling fan. I purchased it in 2025. My remote was accidentally crushed and I had no way to fix it. I contacted this company and they understood my issue and immediately sent a replacement. Bravo to Sofucor. I recommend them.

I contacted the company to buy a replacement part after our fan's warranty had expired. The company went out of their way to provide support and a replacement for free. This was above and beyond service. They were quick to volunteer and I had received everything within days.

I bought 5 fans for my new home, about an year ago. One in my bedroom stopped working due to fault in receiver. I emailed to support team of Sofucor fan and they asked me to send video of the issue. After sending video, it took 2 reminder for follow up but they mailed new receiver and remote and now my fan is working.
I am happy and impressed with their customer service.

I ordered a ceiling fan form this company and it is beautiful. Well made, pretty easy assembly. Even better, Sufacor customer service is excellent. While installing the fan, the handy man dropped the light cover, and it cracked. I reached out to the company to purchase a replacement, and they responded immediately. Highly recommend!

We bought two fans to install. The first one was easy, so was the second. The second had an issue with the motor not turning. They had me send a picture and a video to see if they could diagnose the problem, but it was internal. At that time they sent me a new motor, had it in about three business day, hooked it up and we are all good. Smooth service!

We had one light go out on our fan. We had bought 2. We called and they sent us a new one without any problem. They were 2 years old. We like our fans and were happy they were willing to send a new light.

This company is amazing! The remote to our fan recently broke so we had to go online and purchase a new remote and receiver, but we accidently purchased the wrong receiver. So I contacted the company about my concerns and they were very quick with their response and shipped a new remote and receiver ASAP at no cost to us. 🩷

Starting out looking for a new fan for our new porch took MONTHS. I just could not find what I was looking for as an all in one with features plus looks. Along came Sofucorfan through Home Depot! They were the complete package and the only company offering a smart fan also with app and remote at the same time that was 76 inches and was made from real wood! This fan has been outside for over two years and works great! All of our friends and family complement it and plan to buy the exact fan for their own porches and homes as they are being built! I have reached out for support to Sofucorfan two times in the past 2 years and they have always been quick to respond and have always been more than accommodating and have sent replacement fan blades and now a replacement remote. All of these problems were no fault of them, there was one fan blade that didn’t click in all the way and they ended up sending a complete set of blades just in case. Incredible and awesome company and the best support I’ve received in a long time. I’ll be buying more fans for other properties and rooms no doubt from Sofucorfan. This is the real deal!

I have 3 Sofucor ceiling fans. I love each one of them. They are stylish, quiet, and efficient. One fan runs constantly all summer long and intermittently during the winter. The others run all night long. No issues after 3 years of use. Great fans, great price, great customer service.

I returned my Sofucor ceiling fan because I found the materials to be cheap and the overall quality to be below my expectations. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple return turned into an exhausting and frustrating experience because of Sofucor's customer service.
After receiving a faulty return label from Sofucor, my return package was placed on hold by FedEx because there was a problem with the shipping information. I contacted FedEx directly and was told they were waiting for Sofucor to verify the shipping details before the package could move forward. I repeatedly asked Sofucor to contact FedEx, but they refused, stating they were unable to call FedEx by phone.
Instead of taking responsibility for resolving the issue, Sofucor instructed me to make another trip to the FedEx location and have FedEx print and attach a new return label to a package that was already being held. In my opinion, they shifted the burden of correcting their mistake onto me rather than working directly with the shipping carrier.
The return process became an exhausting cycle of emails, phone calls, and unnecessary delays. I delayed posting a review because I wanted to give Sofucor every opportunity to resolve the situation, but after weeks of frustration and little meaningful assistance, I lost confidence that they would resolve the issue appropriately.
Ultimately, I disputed the charge with my credit card company because I could not get the matter resolved directly with Sofucor. My credit card issuer refunded my money, bringing the matter to a close.
If you're considering purchasing from Sofucor, I recommend researching other brands before buying. Based on my experience, the product quality did not meet my expectations, and the customer service made what should have been a routine return unnecessarily difficult. If you encounter a problem with your order or need to make a return, be prepared for the possibility of handling much of the resolution yourself.
I cannot recommend Sofucor based on my experience. I hope they improve both the quality of their products and the way they support customers when problems arise.

I ordered an LED light replacement for a ceiling fan I thought was a Sofucor fan. Turns out it was the wrong light. I contacted them and they not only very kindly refunded the amount, they also let me keep the light! Next time I’m in the market for a ceiling fan, I will be buying from them. Thank you, Noa!

I lost the fan remote and contacted you for a replacement. You were extremely helpful! And I was not charged for the new remote, which was totally unexpected. Great customer service and I will buy your products again.

What I like about the Sofucor fans is that they are very quiet and sleek looking. I have three of their fans now. I also have the smart version remote control version which allows me to use the app to control fan speed from my couch. Always easy to install. Great customer service you can count on. I wouldn’t buy any other brand.

I recently purchased a 52" Sofucor fan which I installed on a sloped ceiling. I needed help and customer service was fantastic- answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly, including detailed pictures. The fan is super quiet and is exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier!!

We just installed four of there fans and they are very beautiful. Unfortunately, one the remotes that misplaced and the company has been kind enough to send me another one.
