DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the expedited shipping service. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when an order does not arrive as quickly as expected. Expedited shipping is handled by the carrier. We really wish we could hand deliver all orders ourselves! Also keep in min Expedited service does not speed up handling time on our end.
Your feedback is very important to us and we will review this carefully to help improve communication moving forward. Please reach out to us directly so we can make this right.

Love the shoes!
Very happy with our purchase! My son had been wanting white turf shoes and we were able to find these at a reasonable price. Since he is still growing, I don't want to pay $100+ for shoes he will wear for a year 😩. Shipping was in a relatively quick timeframe and we had no issues.

Lack of Communication, No Response
I have sent multiple emails about my order, with no one contacting me back. I have called every number listed and it always says they are helping another customer or away from the desk to call back later. I'm starting to think that this website is a scam. Until I hear back from someone I will stick with that thought.

I bought a pair of indoor cleats - NOT AUTHENTIC
I’m furious! I bought a pair of indoor cleats, and the second I wore them for my game, it was painfully obvious they were complete fakes! These garbage shoes had zero flex—none! When I planted my foot and tried to run, it felt like stomping in cement blocks. Within just 10 minutes, the inside of my foot was rubbed raw, practically bleeding! These cleats were so insanely stiff, it’s like they were designed to torture me. I’ve bought cleats for over 25 years and not a single one has ever been this awful. I emailed the company, laid out the whole disaster, and what do they say? “Sorry, you wore them, so no return or exchange!” Are you kidding me?! Absolute scam! I’LL NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN!!!

We are very sorry to hear about this experience. We completely understand how upsetting and painful this must have been for you. We want to assure you that we only sell authentic and official products, and we take any concerns like this very seriously. Once shoes have been worn it is very difficult for us to process returns as we need the items back in resellable condition.

Ordered a Hat on 10 June 2025 and have never received it. I have emailed and called them several times and no one has ever emailed me back, nor do they ever answer the phone. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Avoid SoccerWearhouse – Terrible Customer Service
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with SoccerWearhouse was extremely disappointing. My order was delivered over a month late and to an unknown location. I repeatedly tried calling their customer service, but no one ever answered—calls always went straight to voicemail.
When I finally reached out via email, the response I received was shocking: they claimed they weren’t responsible if I didn’t receive my package. This level of customer support is unacceptable.
Warning to other shoppers: do not order from SoccerWearhouse. Poor service, unreliable shipping, and zero accountability.

Total garbage
Total garbage. The stitching on two pairs of gloves broke after minimal wear just walking my dogs. Customer service is terrible. Only offer exchanges on defective products. If it's broken, it will probably break again. OFFER REFUNDS!!

Very bad service
Very bad service. This is a fraudulent company. Ordered shoes which came in damaged box missing items in it. Contacted the customer service. They say the box is not their responsibility. They shipped it without any protection. Also the missing items where not included because it was damaged and that is their policy. Stay away!

Be Warned!! Fraudulent Company
I ordered the Real Madrid Away Jersey w/Champions League patch for my husband for his birthday and received a Messi shirt in the mail. I am writing this review to warn others that Soccer Wearhouse is a fraudulent organization. I will be escalating this with my credit card company.

They will RIP YOU OFF!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not purchase a jersey from this company! I spent $130 on a Julie Ertz jersey. I purchased the jersey exactly as it was pictured. I ordered a size large, as this is always my size in jerseys (I like them to fit a bit loosely). When I received the jersey, I discovered that it was a slimfit jersey which was essentially made to fit a 10-year-old! It was SO SMALL. I double and triple checked, reading every single possible description for the jersey I had purchased and NOWHERE did it say anything about the jersey being a slimfit, nor did it say anything about it running small (I don’t even want to say it “ran small” because it was so ridiculously far from what a large should be). Immediately, I contacted the company. I asked to exchange the jersey for a larger size (since I had spent a small fortune to purchase it). They REFUSED to exchange it, claiming that it was a “custom” jersey. Apparently, they consider ALL of their jerseys to be “custom” jerseys. So, I am out $130 and own a jersey that might fit my 10-year-old son, but certainly won’t fit me (I’m not even a big person lol I am 5’1” and 115 pounds!). Again, do NOT waste your money purchasing from this company. They will rip you off. Go to a more reputable site to purchase a jersey! I got suckered in with a coupon code and now I am regretting it.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and we completely understand how upsetting it must have been to receive a jersey that did not fit as expected. We truly regret any confusion regarding the fit and description of the item. Many soccer jerseys are made in a slim fit style and we always try to provide clear product information so customers can make the best sizing decision. We also understand how frustrating it is to not be able to exchange a customized item and we sincerely apologize that our policy did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important and we will review it carefully to improve our communication and descriptions moving forward.
