Sobha Realty Anmeldelser

one of the worst management staff that I have ever encountered in my 20 years in Dubai. Most unprofessional and just want to show their arrogance by treating us apartment owners so badly makiing us beg for the smallest of issues from them.

I would not advise anyone to buy Sobha only because of this ongoing issue with their support team

Joel from CRM was the best support and very quick and fast to reply

I was helped by Elham from customer relations department. She helped the contract and agreements done for us where there were problems to be fixed. All of this happened with great care. Thank you Sobha.

They're friendly and responsive. Tarek helped me the other day to adjust an installment which was generated with inaccurate percentage by the system. So thanks!

My experience with Sobha team is really good. The response speed and way impressed me. I got good support from Mariam Solyman today.

Sobha is an organization that truly values its customers. Very prompt and responses and polite conversations from the customer service team, especially Ms. Mariam Soliman who has been very helpful.

Ahmed El Sherbini has been amazing and very professional in dealing with our NOC resale. He helped us to expedite and very prompt in responding to our queries. Good job!

CrM department was awesome

V helpful

I have found all staff, in particular Mennatallah to be professional, knowledgeable, and always respond to enquiries in a timely manner. Thank you.

I want to highlight the support and efficiency of Amina Shazna who made sure that we get the documents on time and to submit to get oqood.
Thank you Amina Shazna for your determination and dedication.

Although I got upset because eof waiting too long, Arbin from CRM made things right immediatley upon arrival and sorted out my concern
Thank you Arbin

Sobha is a company which rips off their clients with their dictatorship, once you are trapped in a purchase of property they will impose several hidden and unlawful charges to give you possession of your property which you have paid for.On several account like service charges they will charge you and then in name of maintenance charges they will ask for another payment, there is no explanation for this, secondly they'll allow inspection but will not give you possession even when you have paid for Dewa and services then they will tell that you are late and pay late handover charges, no other company has ever charged like this in any country.
It was Dihia who was too good to handle the situation and very professionally she made it possible to have handover. She is an asset to company. She made it possible otherwise people like us who are overseas clients, Sobha will not co-operate in any way.
Yogesh was too helpful to make process easy.
Overall do not purchase any property from Sobha, don't go after name of Sobha nothing extra in building, it's same as other builders.
I will never suggest any person to purchase any property from Sobha under construction always purchase fully completed project, you won't get any appreciation.
Overall it's not more than 1 star

I recently completed a property purchase with Sobha Realty and had a truly excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and remarkably efficient.

A huge part of this positive outcome is due to Elham from the CRM team. Her dedication to customer service was outstanding. She was consistently prompt in addressing all of my customer queries, no matter how minor. Crucially, she was exceptional at arranging and managing all the necessary documents, ensuring everything was in order well ahead of schedule. Any concerns I raised were addressed quickly and effectively, which made me feel confident and supported throughout the transaction.

Buying a property, especially internationally, can be stressful, but the professionalism and organized approach of Sobha Realty, exemplified by Elham, made it a great journey. I would highly recommend Sobha Realty to anyone looking for a high-quality property and a seamless buying experience.
