1-Star Review: Deeply Unprofessional and Poorly Managed Experience with Prypco Dubai

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Prypco was so unprofessional that I feel it’s worth warning others. From the very beginning, the process was chaotic. The agents come across as friendly at first, but once they have your attention or documents, communication falls apart completely. They disappear for days or even weeks, then suddenly reappear with excuses like “management approval delays” or “system issues,” only to vanish again right after promising updates.

There’s absolutely no consistency or accountability within this company. Every time I dealt with someone new, I had to re-explain everything from scratch because internal communication is nonexistent. It’s as if no one knows what the other person is doing. Even when you try to escalate issues to management, no one follows up — and if they do, it’s just to deflect blame rather than resolve anything.

They clearly overpromise and underdeliver. What’s worse is how they simply stop responding when things get complicated. I had multiple instances where an agent would agree to a meeting or a callback and then just ghost entirely, no notice, no apology. That level of disregard for clients’ time is unacceptable, especially in Dubai’s highly competitive property market where professionalism should be the bare minimum.

In short: Prypco’s operations feel completely disorganized, their agents lack reliability, and their management is either overwhelmed or simply doesn’t care. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to take your time and money elsewhere. There are plenty of real estate companies in Dubai that actually value their clients and deliver on their word — Prypco is not one of them.

In your case, the first advisor handling your application left the company, and the handover was not managed properly. We recognise that this created gaps in communication and continuity, and we understand the frustration it caused.

We have also strengthened our internal handover processes and oversight when cases move between advisors, to help ensure this does not happen again for future customers.

Fraud/Scam is what one should expect from Prypco Golden Visa Services

If company's business practice (i.e. PRYPCO golden visa services) looks like fraud, operates like fraud, the I guess it IS a FRAUD.

my Client - referred by me to Prypco Golden Visa Services - has paid 71.000 aed for expedited VVIP service (main applicant + 3 sub applicants) in mid June 2025 to receive their 4 Emirates ID's within 3 days in mid July 2025, the service has not been delivered neither on time nor in full, which has caused my Client so many troubles, including re-booking flights, extending hotel stay, an even after that - they still had issues in the airport when were trying to leave UAE back home. Rishi - the manager at Prypco Golden Visa Services, has violated basically all agreements/arrangements I had with PRYPCO during my prior visit to Dubai (in late June).

As of now, (Sept 2025) the refund for the undelivered service has not been issued, my commission of (agreed and confirmed 4 months ago) has not been paid, and my Client is facing the only remaining unattempted way to resolve the case by issuing a subpoena against Prypco for fraud.

Who is in charge of customer service?

The idea behind Prypco might sound promising, but the execution—especially the customer service—is an absolute disaster. I’ve asked basic questions and raised concerns (including bugs and incorrect info in their app), and not only were they ignored, I wasn’t even acknowledged. No follow-up, no solutions—just empty promises like “I’ll check” followed by complete silence.

It’s been over two weeks since I raised some of these issues, and nothing has been done. When I finally escalated, they just referred me back to the same unresponsive person I was complaining about in the first place. That’s not just bad service—it’s insulting.

This company looks good on paper but operates like an amateur project with no respect for its users. If this is how they handle early customers, I’d hate to see what happens later. Terrible experience from start to finish.

I was put on to this company via a…

I was put on to this company via a third party company. I made some initial enquiries, finding the concept interesting. The platform/website is well presented, but the FAQ's were lacking detail for a UK investor. I made contact directly for more information.

I chose not to invest due to concerns over tax handling and currency transfer costs.

Since then, I have been harangued and harassed by the company, via their app before I deleted it, then phone, WhatsApp and email. Hard-sell investments are a cause for concern. They seem desperate and unrelenting in their approach, which is a big red flag for me.

Regarding currency transfer costs, they can vary depending on each investor’s bank and card provider, as well as the FX rates and fees applied on their side, which is why the total cost can vary from person to person.
