This company is terrible. The quality of new units in Ranim is very bad. When you call customer service the put you on hold for “one minute” and after 10-15 minutes of waiting the line goes dead. Every time you want to visit YOUR OWN HOUSE security asking for ID, Title deed, telephone number. Stay away from them.

Worst company ever! For 4.5 years, they haven't responded at all. They just want to collect money. Once you sign, you never hear from them again until you can sign for the transfer. It's already 3 years late! Every now and then, the misery starts all over again. Such poor quality, leaks in the walls, and missing screws on virtually every door.

They won't make any concessions, not even the simplest ones. The contract is also one-sided, with hidden costs that suddenly have to be paid later. Absolutely disgusting, never again with Reportage Properties! They also keep hounding you to invest in new projects, but as I said, once you sign, you hear nothing more!

I have made a deposit (expression of interest)for peace lagoon phase2. For my financial situation change i had to decide not to go through. It's been more than 6 months. Still they are saying will pay me every week. And it's going for 6 months now. Will not recommend this developer at all. Customer service is just non existence.

Absolutely terrible experience with Dubai Properties. They lured me in with promises of a “prime investment” and pressured me into paying a booking amount upfront — only to later reveal critical details like the property being leasehold, not freehold. None of this was explained before payment, and when I asked for a refund, they completely ghosted me.

They refuse to respond to emails, messages, or calls. Avoid this company at all costs.

They overcharged us, promised a refund, the customer service is inexistent, nobody reply to emails, you need a constant follow up, all the employees that helped us resigned…

Sadly, but true, due to their mistakes, overcharged us, and since February we struggle to obtain the refund. The whole experience was terrible. NOT RECOMMENDED. still Hoping 😩

Bunch of liars and scammers.
Please be aware of them. Took 10k aed from me later on asking me to sign the contract where it was mentioned that its leasehold property not freehold. And they said they can only take payment into company account instead of escrow account. Now they are not giving my money back. Even nit responding to my messages. Even sales director was rude and walked off by saying that if you dont want to buy just go

Fraudulent and Unethical – Beware of Reportage Real Estate!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Reportage Real Estate in January 2025. They scammed me out of $2,777, misleading me into booking a property that was not on freehold land—something they conveniently failed to mention and explain upfront.
This company targets and exploits tourists and foreign investors who may not be fully aware of the complexities of UAE’s real estate market. Their dishonest sales tactics are designed to deceive buyers into making non-refundable payments for properties with misleading terms.
After realizing the issue, I immediately contacted both the broker and Reportage to cancel my booking fee and request a refund, but they completely ignored my requests. To this day, I have not received a single dollar back. Their complete lack of professionalism and refusal to engage in fair business practices proves they are nothing more than scammers.
I have since filed multiple reports with UAE authorities in hopes that they will investigate this fraudulent company. If you’re considering investing with Reportage Real Estate, stay far away—this company is unethical, deceptive, and preys on unsuspecting buyers. Do not trust them!

Absolutely shocking experience, not what I expected, this level of sly and irresponsible service from a company in Dubai. Buying was a nightmare, and that led me to sell which ended up even double the worse experience. Thank you, never again

what a nightmare. from buying to reselling. they simply dont care. some investors might go quiet since they gained some profit since buying their property. i decided to go court,,2 years delay in handover!! oh and their management “you must obey them” !

Having had engineers visit my property over 10 times to fix an issue with not having water in my Villa. Having to take time off work, re-arrange meetings and also rebook my flight back to the UK with the added expense to still have the same issue today. Calling customer service and logging complaint after complaint to not receive any call back or courtesy call. Issue is still not resolved and no one wants to take any ownership or responsibility

Long wait and poor customer service. Purchased a property 3 months ago. Haven’t received my log in credentials and unable to request NOC’s or other services.

Real Connect app is not working so instead of appling for a minor works permit online I need to complete a work permit. When you call, they are extremely unheplful and only said the app was not working. No time scale for repairing it and this is after waiting over 10min for the call to be picked up and they take over a week to respond to respond to emails. Absolutely useless and unhelpful.

Terrible after sales and terrible community management. They allow hostels in their apartment with 20 and 30 people living there and do nothing about it

Very awful maintenance after handover during the one year warranty.
I’m really surprised by the very low grade quality.

We’ve been waiting 6 weeks to obtain a warranty certificate to be able to get our roof repaired. 3 storms later and we’ve still not received it, despite calling every week and a new case number being issued each time!
It is unbelievable as to how difficult DP make it for owners to get help & support.
Very poor after sales.
Please don’t suggest we contact customer service, that’s what we’ve been doing!!

Buying Property from Dubai Properties is as easy as buying a bead from the Grocery store; swipe your credit card, and they lock you in.

But after that, it gets very painful. They are more slower to provide support, communicate and react then a typical Govt red tape organisation.

For everything they will ask you to email customersupport at dp.ae. And whoever managing this email must be sitting in Mars with no internet, as they take 12 light years to respond. And eventually, when you get a response, it isn't very sensible.

And if you want to sell your the property you bought from Dubai properties is like committing suicide after 4 months of depression. Only God can save you!

If there was an option of zero star I would select it. They never reply to emails and the only thing you will hear on the phone is I am sorry your request is being dealt with on urgent basis and then nothing happens. You will chase them for months and months with zero result. The most clueless, unprofessional zombies I have the misfortune of dealing with! Totally pathetic!!

I completely agree and resonate with all the negative reviews already written by others, and I believe "Dubai Properties" & "Dubai Community Management" deserve a much lower rating than that already given. Wish it were possible to leave a negative 100 rating!

Not sure why I am even wasting my time and effort leaving this review, as given the most disgusting and pathetic customer service ever, don't think it'll affect these guys in any which way to act upon and make their services efficient and customer-centric. However, believe leaving this review may at least help unaware prospective buyers to beware from Dubai Properties (developer) and Dubai Community Management (it's community management arm).

The attitude of both the developer and it's community management arm, despite of being a semi-government company, is totally inhumane, unresponsive and lifeless! They are prompt only when it comes to collecting monies from customers, but they don't do anything when it comes to actually helping their customers. They also turn promised green/recreational/retail spaces into plots for residential units just to increase their revenues.

Their RealConnect App/Website is one of the worst, and rarely functional, Call Centre is just average and e-mail response is non-existent. They don't bother replying to e-mails, and if at all you are lucky and they reply (usually after multiple follow-ups), they just pass you from one department to another department without ever actually resolving your issue. Even in-person visits to their office are pointless as local Management shield themselves from customers via incompetent expat employees who only make false promises of taking action and/or escalating your issue and reverting in a few days, but all in vain and eventually one receives no response (in spite of several follow-ups) and is left with zero resolution to his/her issue. Seems like a customer's e-mail is programmed to be automatically redirected to the company's Junk Folder post sending an automated response saying "Thank you for contacting Dubai Properties and blah blah blah"!

When you complain about their App not working for weeks at a stretch, they pass the buck saying it's not their responsibility and it's the responsibility of their holding company, DHRE. Whatever that's supposed to mean!!!

I highly recommend that one buys a property from any other developer such as Damac, Emaar, Nakheel or Sobha, but please stay away from Dubai Properties!!! Never purchase a property from them unless you want to feel like being penalized by owning your own home with so many restrictions imposed by them and a complete lack of any response, whatsoever. Easier to talk to and reason out with someone dead than to talk to anyone at Dubai Properties or Dubai Community Management!

I know for sure that even this review of mine won't be read by their Management, but I truly hope that some high-level Government authority takes notice of this and initiates some immediate action to address customer grievances and rectify the already tarnished image/reputation of these companies!

I am a tenant of Remraam, Al Ramth 45. We stay in an apartment in the level 1, where we have direct access to the podium. Dubai Properties maintenance team have closed down the whole podium for maintenance from June 2023. It has been long 7 months and we still so not have access to the podium. The whole of the summer and now the winter is also passing by. Kids cannot go out to play, and the maintenance work, makes our balcony dirty all the time due to dust.
The owners or the Dubai Properties management has not taken any action to reduce the rent because of this, but instead they are keep on increasing it, where as the podium access is also an add on for high rents in the tenants of first floor.
Earlier this year the same maintenance team closed down the whole of our balcony for two months(That too in the winter) for painting the walls. In total for almost 10 months they have limited our access to the Balcony and then the podium.

Don't consider purchasing from Meraas or DP. The handover process involves extensive walking, and the requirements are ambiguous. Additionally, the staff seems to lack adequate qualifications.
