I had to contact customer service after a package had been lost. I spoke to someone called Ian and they sent me a replacement almost immediately. Friendly service like this is what makes me loyal to this company.

I’ve recently ordered a lot from snushaven and it never disappoints. They forget to send me 7 tubs but when I told I some tubs they immediately send me the missing tubs. I really recommend to order from snushaven if you like snus.

I placed an order last week, and by Monday, it still hadn’t been shipped. This is really poor service, and I can't recommend it. I contacted them when my order hadn't arrived, and the response I got was a cold, unhelpful comment saying it would arrive a week later. I’ve seen some people happy with how they’ve handled the shipping, but for me, it’s been miserable. No one wants to wait so long for their items, and the lack of proper communication just makes it worse. The cold response was almost laughable—it doesn't seem like they care about getting more customers if this is how they handle things. They really need to get their shipping process under control.

I won a free giveaway through instagram and they have already sent my free items out I had couple of questions about what I was receiving and they gave me straight through answers I will be buying from this website from now on

I placed an order from snushaven hoping to have a good experience and so far have not. I ordered on the 28th and since than had an email saying they were having shipping issues but my order wasn’t affected according to Reuben who I spoke with through email. but still there has been no movement
(Update). Everything has been corrected with snushaven response to emails. I just hope shipping goes well with royal mail. I would recommend them completely
(Ending) Got my product, camo was wrong mg and killa dark cherry was not sent but they sent killa cherry cola. Also no free tub like advertised. But overall decent experience.

unfortunately there were misunderstandings with the package, however the package is arriving after I wrote to the assistance, super helpful, thank Ian for assisting me, I highly recommend this site!❤️
