Ordered recently good company but was missing one item they where quick to fix my issue they refunded the item that never came the rest of the snus was top notch

Snus cushions, only place I found that were doing this, great buy, 10/10, defo popping an upper decky right now

first time ordering and i was a bit nervous but everything went perfectly. delivery was quick, products were well packaged, and quality is great customer service team answered all my questions before i ordered really happy!

great products and fast shipping to germany. website is easy to use and prices are good i was worried about buying online but everything went smoothly.

my package had a small issue but ian from customer service sorted it out straight away. pouches are fresh and taste great much better than anything i can get locally

I ordered snus at this website on the 06.02.2025, today it's the 27.02.2025 and my package still hasn't arrived yet and I don't know if it ever will👍

Hello Snushaven Team I have contacted you more than once on your website inbox but you haven't answered me yet.

6 of the 10 products I ordered were open. I had to remind them a day or 2 after my order for it to even be dispatched. Shady company. Won't be trying them again

I received my order yesterday and it took a good 9 days to arrive, I'm only giving it 2 stars because I paid TOO MUCH, for just a box of supreme banana milkshake (120mg) + shipping I paid more than £14 (about €17) then I also had to pay €5 to the courier for customs fees! I paid €22 for a product worth barely €5….

I now got my package after 2 months of waiting and got nothing of what I have ordered. I Got a Pablo mini, Ice and 1 other thing I dont know the name of . Its crazy that I have to wait 2 months and then not getting what I have ordered . I ordered 1 Supreme, 2 Killa colas and a velo mango. Not a great experience.

My package is after 14 days still not here.

I ordered 3.5 months ago and have yet to receive my stuff. I have sent an email to support and they just say that they have problems with shipping and that they cannot make a refund, and when I go into the tracking they say that they are still waiting for the package. would say myself that this is a scam

Order looks to have been lost by the courier and spoke with Kopan on Instagram and the order was replaced straight away, very good customer service and a lovely person to deal with☺️ thank you so much☺️

they gave me my order in 2 days i was expecting longer, they gave me 2 tubs instead of one how nice very good service will buy from here again.

I ordered over 24 days ago hoping to get the order for Christmas gifts for my brothers. Order had still not arrived and no updates have been given. I spend about 70 pounds which is near 140 dollars Canadian. I reached out once and they said it would arrive as soon as possible. After a week I reached out again and my response was ignored on 2 different occasions. Hopefully one of the employees can see this and help me out.
